| Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of lumbarsympathetic nerve damage/resection for curing lower-limb neuropathicpain, analysis the quality of life of postoperative patients.Methods: with the will, a total of43cases patients which werediagnosed with lower-limb neuropathic pain were treated by lumbarsympathetic nerve damage/resection, postoperative follow-up on a regularbasis; Evaluation indexes is Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and The WorldHealth Organization Quality of Life(WHO QOL-BREF).Results: lumbar sympathetic nerve damage/resection has a good eff--ective on lower-limb neuropathic pain and the video-assisted laparos--copic lumbar sympathectomy is more exact.the quality of life is improvecompare to the preoperative, especially in the physiologicalã€psychol--ogical field; Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that exer--cise,age,course of disease,character,interpersonal relationships,hea--lth care living conditions and sleep quality have a strong correlationwith quality of life.Conclusion: lumbar sympathetic nerve damage/resection can reduce thepain of patients, improve patient’s quality of life.but the quality oflife is affected by many factors,therefore,to improve it,we need to havea good understanding of this disease,and it also need the joint effortsof the medical staff,family and society. |
