Objective:Explore the retroperitoneal laparoscopic-assisted small incision forlumbar spine tulbercullosis spinal tuberculosis treatment. Methods:Rtrospective analysis was conducted from January2006-January2012during the treatment of lumbar pinal tuberculosis, which employsretroperitoneal laparoscopic-assisted small incision tuberculosisclearance, bone grafting treatment of spinal tuberculosis patients werefollowed for complete information on12cases.9males and3females; aged20-74years, mean46.83years old. Lesion segments: L1-L22cases, L2-L35cases, L3-L44cases, L4-L51cases Neurologically impaired four cases,ASIA grade C1case, D grade3cases. Preoperative X-ray CT and MRIdiagnosis of spinal tuberculosis, postoperative pathological examination.Preoperative and postoperative neurological function based onneurological function. Continuing anti-TB treatment in9to12months.Press after one month, three months, six months, one year, two yearfollow-up laboratory tests and imaging findings.Results:12-48month follow-up, mean24.14±9.65months. The mean operative time2.90±0.50h, mean blood260.52±54.96ml, no intraoperativecomplications.4cases of preoperative patients neurologically impairednerve function returned to normal, ASIA classification are E-Class. Theaverage preoperative Cobb angle was (20.21±6.18)°, mean postoperativeCobb angle was (11.43±4.20)°, correction of kyphosis case P <0.01,statistically significant, the average angle of final follow-up loss(2.73±1.82)°. After6months, bony fusion rate was60%at2yearsfusion of100%. All last follow-up showed no recurrence of tuberculosis. Conclusion:Laroscopic retmperitoneal approach is safe and reliable for lumbar spinetuberculosis....
