Treatment Of LDH With Lumbar Spinal Stenosis By Small Incision Fenestration.

Objective:introducing technique and curative effect of Treatment of LDH with Lumbar spinal stenosis by small incision fenestration.Method:using small incision fenestration, 27 patients of LDH with Lumbar spinal stenosis were treated by Pro Liu jingsheng from Jan. 2004 to Apr. 2005.Results:27 cases of the surgical treatment had been followed up, 7. 5 months of following up in average, according to the Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA) grade, excellent was in 25 cases (92.6 %), good in 1 case (3.7%), fair in 1 case(3. 7%), poor in zero (0 %). The excellent and good results Was 96.3%.Conclusions:The method of small incision fenestration technique is a very promising way to treat LDH with Lumbar spinal stenosis because it is provided with smaller trauma, complete decompression, less influence On the stability of the structure of lumbar spine.
