Object:At present, there is no survey analysis report in patients’ quality of lifeafter the domestic Futaba mitral valve replacement operation. This paper was main toanalyze and survey the general situation and ifluence factors of the medirmisispatients who had the domestic Futaba mitral valve replacement operation. Methods: Chosing85adult patients who firstly underwent the domestic Futabamitral valve replacement and survived for more than2years from2008April to2010August in the Fujian Medical University Affiliated Hospital (Three A-levelHospital)of heart surgery as the research object,.Patients enrolled in the scope of theinvestigation were used in mechanical heart valve replacement under extracorporealcirculation, The valves were made by Graphics Kernel System (GKS). Afterinforming the consent, the researchs were filled by the personnal on the questionnaireor by telephone survey of patients; Questionnaire: SF-36quality of life surveysummary tables and demographic General Information (homemade). The SF-36survey data from Chinese general population and103preoperative patients withmitral valve replacement as control groups. Statistical Methods: chi-square test,T-test,One-way ANOVA, Stepwise Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.Result:The analysis of SF-36data of patients with Domestic Futaba mitral valvereplacement is lower than the general population but higher than preoperativepatients, significant differences existed in every dimension score (P<0.05). Univariateanalysis showed that except the Whether medical payment,Others as age, gender, thesurvival of cardiac function before operation, Preoperative left ventricular ejectionfraction, postoperative general factors of patients in time, whether preoperativecombined with other disorders, postoperative anticoagulation complications, work ornot, level of education, living environment, family income per month and so on wereinflunce the different levels of quality of life and the different dimensions in patientswith postoperative. Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis results also confirmedthe influences of above factors on the quality of life of the patients. Conclusion: The life quality of the patients with domestic Futaba mitral valveReplacement did not reach the level of general average but still have a improved significantly than preoperative patients. The general factors that influence on thequality of life are: age, gender, preoperative heart function, Preoperative leftventricular ejection fraction, postoperative general factors of patients in time, whetherpreoperative combined with other disorders, postoperative anticoagulationcomplications, work or not, level of education, living environment, family income permonth and so on.
