Analysis Of Factors Influencing Postoperative Recurrence Of HCC With Negative Hepatitis Virus

Objective：To Study on effect of HBV-negative prognostic factors in resection ofliver cancer, Discussion on ways of improving hepatic cancer with negative HBV.Methods：A retrospective analysis from2004January to2012January in theclinical data of74patients with negative hepatitis B patients with hepatocellularcarcinoma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University liver surgicaloperation treatment, collecting20factors on prognosis may influence, on thefollow-up results combined with clinical data with the SPSSl7.0software package byunivariate and multivariate analysis, screening the clinical pathological factors ofhepatitis B virus negative prognostic resection of hepatocellular carcinoma.Results：The follow-up period, all surgical operation in the treatment of74cases ofHBV-negative cases of liver cancer, except for the loss of5exceptions (follow up of93.2%), a total of50cases (67.6%), relapse, total1,2,3year recurrence rate,48.6%,67.6%, respectively. Single factors analysis results indicates that prognosis effectfactors for tumor diameter, and tumor package film, cancer suppository, and tumordifferentiation degree, and histological type, and radical sexual resection; more factorsanalysis came effect hepatitis b negative liver cancer resection operation Hou forwardeffect of independent prognosis factors for naked eye pulse tube cancer suppository,and tumor size, and radical sexual resection, and tumor differentiation type.Conclusions：1.The tumor diameter, tumor differentiation, histological type is anindependent risk factor for recurrence of hepatitis B virus negative effect ofhepatocellular carcinoma after operation.2. Improve the negative hepatitis B liver cancer radical resection rate,can obviously reduce the recurrence rate of patients, preoperative eye patients withcancer embolus, high recurrence rate.
