Objective:This research is the clinical observation of the thyreoid-Postoperative fatigue syndrome patient,to understand the patients’situation with Postoperative fatigue syndrome, and the efficacy of shoulder-neck-massage therapy, which is to provide basic data for rapid recovery after the clinical treatment plan. In a word, this research is to discover the effective therapeutic method of TCM for the patients with thyreoid-Postoperative fatigue syndrome perioperatively.Methods:Collected 60 cases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2015 to March 2016, which is diagnosised for gall in Chinese medicine, and with diagnostic criteria of Western medicine POFS after thyroid surgery within 7 days. The patients were randomly assigned into two groups:the conventional treatment control group(group A)and the massage therapy group(Group B).The day before the surgery, the 1 through 4 days after the operation, all patients in two groups should be with fatigue score. Group A:with our department thyroid-surgery conventional treatment plan. Group B:treated by massage therapy on the basis of routine treatment after operation:patients after operation days 1 through 4 should undergo massaging therapy, and for 15 minutes each time. Two groups of patients were scored during the five days (measurements included visual analogue scale, Chalder fatigue scale), and evaluate fatigue state, analysis the fatigue score. Use SPSS 22 statistical software package for data processing.Results:1.Two groups patients with thyroid disease the 1 to 4 days’ scores after operation fatigue were higher than before, and has gradually declined, indicatde that the presence of fatigue within the thyroid patients after operation.2. The VAS and FS-14 scores of the group A within days 1 to 4 were higher than the group B, indicating the shoulder-neck massage therapy can effectively relieve postoperative fatigue symptoms in patients after thyroid operation.3. No significant difference occurred in the two groups’scores during the first day after operation (P>0.05), and fatigue scores between the two groups within the operation second to fourth days were statistically significant(P<0.05). It prompts that the curative effect of neck-shoulder massage therapy on postoperative fatigue syndrome patients work significantly from second day after the operation.Conclusion:The patients after gynecological abdominal surgery exist fatigue. Shoulder-neck massage therapy can effectively relieve postoperative fatigue symptoms in patients after thyroid operation. And the curative effect of neck-shoulder massage on postoperative fatigue syndrome patients from second day after the operation to work significantly.
