Aims Finding the causes of fever reaction in the tuberculosis patients acceptedchemotherapy.Methods115tuberculosis inpatients in our hospital of Respiratory Department ward twobetween July,2011and July,2012experienced fever symptom during chemotherapywere retrospectively analyzed.Results The frequency of fever in115cases is123times. The reasons of fever includedtuberculous infection, non-tuberculous infection, surgery, invasive manipulation and drugreactions. The level of plasmic albumin and prealbumin have been well correlated withtuberculous fever.Conclusions The major cause of tuberculosis inpatients experienced fever duringchemotherapy is tuberculous infection, followed by non-tuberculous infection. Surgeryand invasive manipulation induced stress also caused fever in treatment of tuberculosispatients.
