The large of cyanophytes becomes a serious problem of environment pollution with the enlargement of water body eutrophication. A great amount of cyanophytes(mainly consisted of microcystis) is observed to appear in Chaohu Lake of china. The cyanophytes contains protain, amino acid, fat and some other nutrition substances. The aerobic composting is an effective approach to treat cyanophytes and transform it to resources. The experiment was conducted to study the effect of cyanophytes, cattle manure and rice straw composting. To accelerate the decomposition of compost, the strains that could decompose cellulose were screened out from samples, such as manure of high temperature period, well-rotted manure, cow manure and soil. They were cultured solely and by mixed fermentation. Then co-composting of blue algae, cattle manure and rice straw experiments were carried out to study the changes of temperature, pH value, organic matter content, NH4+-N, TN, E4/E6, microorganism, enzyme activity, seed gemrination index(G1)and the evaluation index of maturity during composting. Not only find an effective way to resolve the huge algae biomass disposal and resources utilization, but improve the environment and increase economic efficiency and the social efficiency. The results obtained were as following:1.3 strains of bacterias,4 strains of moulds and 2 strains of actinomyces were obtained by preliminary screening and intermediate screening at 37℃. A complex microbial system was constructed by 3 strains of bacteria,4 strains of moulds and 2 strains of actinomyces respectively with different cellulase. According to experiment result, the ability of decomposing cellulose of four kinds of compounding are all effective, which the second compounding is the best.2. One hundred forty five strains were screened and purified from different samples.3 strains of bacterias,3 strains of moulds and 2 strains of actinomyces were obtained by preliminary screening and intermediate screening at 50℃. A complex microbial system was constructed by 3 strains of bacterias,3 strains of moulds and 2 strains of actinomyces respectively with different cellulase. According to experiment result, each of the 8 strains could produce different types of cellulase that synergistic reaction degrading cellulose effectively.3. During the composting process, the organic matter decreased gradually, all of that have reached required standard; NH4+-N content reduced after an initial increase; The TN of inoculated composting pile decreased by 5.1% when the compost finished, but uninoculated composting pile decreased by 11.6%; In the beginning of composting, bacterias and fungis presented largely, then decreased gradually, actinomyces becomed dominant strains; In the end of composting, bacterias and fungis raised gradually, remained steadily finally; The activity of the urea enzymes and the catalase increased gradually; The activity of the polyphenol oxidase had a descenting trend after an initial increase; The activitys of the cellulose enzymes were 7.09μg/min,3.84μg/min at the end of composting with and without microorganism agent.4. The finished product was detected by occupation standard of organic fertilizer. The result reached to standards in quality of organic fertilizer, even exceeded the standards in some indicators. |
