In recent years,market of Radix Pseudostellariae is thriving, but in the mean time, many choke points of the further development of Radix Pseudostellariae still remains:varietal complexity is one of the choke points which hinder the further development of the Radix Pseudostellariae market; Continuous cropping obstacle resulted in a considerable reduction in production of Radix Pseudostellariae, we hasn’t worked out the effectual measures yet though a large number of research had been launched; And again, ill-formed planting technique is a important reason of production reduction. The research is carried out by studying the Pseudostellaria heterophyllous biology characteristic, the growth habit, the resistance, planting technique and the chemical composition, and to explore the scientific planting Technique Pertinently, in order to provide theory basis for the Selective breeding and highly production technique of Radix Pseudostellariae. For another, as the generally applicable of medicinal plant in landscape, more and more medicinal plant with high view value have been used in landscape. For this reason, this study explored the application ways of Pseudostellaria heterophylla in landscape as also,in order to reveal the feasibility of the application of Pseudostellaria heterophylla in landscape.The main conclusions are as follows:1. By carrying out a reach on the antibacterial Effect of the Pseudostellaria heterophylla Leaves, Experimental results showed that the Pseudostellaria heterophylla Leaves have inhibitory effect on all the microorganism that be cultured in a certain extent, specially the antibacterial rate can be28.57%on Staphylococcus aureus which with pathogenicity. It revealed positive meanings on environment protection of Pseudostellaria heterophylla, andit is also of great importance to the application of Pseudostellaria heterophylla in landscape and the human healthy.2.The comparison of resistance shows that, Pseudostellaria heterophylla coming from Zherong has the best ecological adaptation, second for Wendeng and Jurong, Pseudostellaria heterophylla coming from Anhui and Guizhou province are poor in ecological adaptation which are not suitable for introduction.3.On the basis of investigation of biology characteristic of Pseudostellaria heterophylla from different area, It nosed out that Pseudostellaria heterophylla from Wengan has the absolute advantage in the aspect of aboveground parts and has high ornamental value comparing with others. Thus, it can be applied in landscape; For underground parts, Pseudostellaria heterophylla from Huangping did best on the quantity and length of root,so it can be a good choice when used for medicinal.4.By the determination of yield and quality of Radix Pseudostellariae comes from9areas, Wengan and Huangping have the highest output and did best in the aspect of polysaccharide content; in the aspect of saponin content,Huangping, Jurong and Wendeng are the top three position; For Pseudostellarin B, the content is different among the areas, Wendeng run up to0.048%,which is the highest and Zherong is0.0007%, the lowest. To sum up, Radix Pseudostellariae comes from Wengan, Huangping, Wendeng and Jurong can be introduced for medicinal. 5.The study of high-yield cultivation technique of Radix Pseudostellariae shows that, different land preparation method has influence on RadixPseudostellariae planting in a certain extent, it the difference between flat bedding and arch bedding does’t affect largely on the aboveground parts,but affect the yield and quality largely. In arch bedding, the quantity, length and fresh weight of root are higher than in flat bedding.In the aspect of quality, the content of saponin and Pseudostellarin B, Radix Pseudostellariae of arch bedding is a little higher than in flat bedding,but the content of polysaccharide is lower. In all, arch bedding can raise the yield and quality of Radix Pseudostellariae.6.The test results of spacing in the rows and spacing between rows showed that the influence of different spacing in the rows and spacing between rows on aboveground parts is not Obvious when under the same condition, but affect the yield and quality largely.The yield differ among different combination of spacing in the rows and spacing between rows, The yield is highest when the combination of spacing in the rows and spacing between rows is13cm×5cm. Therefore, the best combination of spacing in the rows and spacing between rows is13cmx5cm for Radix Pseudostellariae in Zherong.7. The research of overshadowing shows that, overshadowing with soya beans leaves affect largely on the Radix Pseudostellariae crown and leaves, and has a little influence on heigh, the quantity and length of root. Overshadowing produces higher yield and raises the content of polysaccharide, saponin and Pseudostellarin B. Therefore, Overshadowing with soya beans leaves makes a large influence on yield and quality.8.By comparing the biology characteristic, yield and quality of Radix Pseudostellariae under the continuous cropping mode and crop rotation mode, it shows that the growth state of aboveground parts are better under crop rotation mode than under continuous cropping mode; In the aspect of yield, the crop rotation mode affect largely on fresh weigh and number of root; In the aspect of quality, the crop rotation mode produces higher content of polysaccharide and Pseudostellarin B, the content of saponin is lower. On the whole, crop rotation mode is beneficial to the improvement of the growing environment and the yield and the quality of Radix Pseudostellariae, in the same time, crop rotation mode is also beneficial to the improvement of the aboveground parts.9.The results of seeds germination shows that, the water infusion of Pseudostellaria heterophylla’s root and leaves and the rhizosphere soil have an inhibitory action on the buds sprouting of Pseudostellaria heterophylla seeds in a certain extent.Also, the seed germination rate changes as the water infusion potency changes. It illustrates that the water infusion of Pseudostellaria heterophylla’s root and leaves and the rhizosphere soil all exist allelopathic potential.10.Test results of the GC-MS shows that contents of ester, alcohol, acidic, phenol and quinone in continuous cropping rhizosphere soil are higher than in crop rotation cropping rhizosphere soil, contents of other chemical composition are lower. So we can infer that ester, alcohol, acidic, phenol and quinone may be the chemical composition of allelopathy.11.The results of a studying on the change of germs in rhizosphere soil shows that, the amount of bacteria is the highest, the order of magnitude reaches106CFU/g, the amount of actinomyces is in the next place, fungus is the lowest in amount., the order of magnitude is104CFU/g. Also, it can be seen that continuous cropping makes the amount of bacteria lower, and rotation cropping is contrary. So we can infer that the decrease of bacteria may be one reason of reduction in production. The amount of actinomyces and fungus raises, it may caused by the raising of the pathogenic fungi fungi caused by continuous cropping.12.By comparing the determination results, it is observed that different planting mode can change the trophic structure of soil. Compared with the new planting soil, the content of total nitrogen and total phosphorus raises in continuous cropping soil, others decreases. With variance analysis, it reveals that the diversity of the content of nitrogen, available phosphorus, total kalium and available potassium between continuous cropping soil and the new planting soil is significant(P<0.05),it illustrates that continuous cropping changes the physicochemical property of the soil significantly.13.Pseudostellaria heterophylla has the very high ornamental value and for medicinal purposes value, is suitable for wide application in the garden, it can be used in a variety of forms as flower border, residential and courtyard greening, garden cover, medicinal botanical garden and so on. |
