This paper mainly evaluation studies the stable grade of Castanopsis secondary forest in Jiangle forest farm, and analyzes the factors which influence the destruction degree, designed to provide a reference for management Castanopsis forest.Firstly, the paper proposed destruction assessment index theoretical framework on the basis of the original study, combined with the Castanopsis secondary forest in Jiangle forest farm, build the destruction assessment index system of Castanopsis secondary forest in Jiangle forest farm for instance. Secondly, the spatial distributions of regeneration juniors have been analyzed, using ratio method and four kinds of intensity index method, and the growth status of the juniors have been evaluated, using the method of factorial analysis and three factors of the number average density, average ground diameter and average coverage. Finally, the analysis of Pearson correlation between assessment index and destruction degree using software spss18.0, to construct coupling correlation model between them, and puts forward suggestions for different stable grades stand. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) To build the "Pyramid" destruction assessment system, which made up of "survey indices-threshold indices-evaluation indices-control indices-target indices" five hierarchy. It constructed the destruction assessment index system of Castanopsis secondary forest in Jiangle forest farm, based on the "Pyramid" system and combined with21sample plots of the Castanopsis secondary forest in Jiangle forest farm. The results showed that, the little destruction plots were12, accounting for57.14%of the total; the light destruction plots were7, accounting for33.34%of the total; the medium destruction and intensity destruction for each one, account for4.76%of the total. It described the Castanopsis secondary forest was almost in little destruction and light destruction in Jiangle forest farm.(2) This study analyzed and evaluated the natural regeneration of evergreen broad-leaved forest in Jiangle forest farm, Fujian. We studied that the number of seedlings of forest stand and each major species decreased as the increase of grade. The regeneration seedlings of Adinandra mellettii were the most. All seedlings aggregated distributed with different aggregation intensities, among which A. mellettii was the best while Schima superba was the worst. A. mellettii had the best regeneration evaluation results while C. fargesii had the worst, because Castanopsis fargesii forest was just destroyed slightly, and its thickset canopy shut out sunlight which is need for juniors.(3) This study analyzed the correlation between evaluation indexes and destruction grades of Castanopsis secondary forest. We found that ecosystem vitality index and human disturbance index were highly correlated to ecosystem stability grade, among which human disturbance index made the greatest contribution to ecosystem stability grade. The coupling correlation model between destruction grades of Castanopsis secondary forest and evaluation indexes is below. SL=0.36X,+0.18X2+0.13X3+0.1X4+0.09X5+0.14X6(4) We have given some management advices for Castanopsis secondary forest in Jiangle in different ecosystem stability grade.
