This paper takes the district and the south to North Water Transfer drainage of Ji’nan City Tian Jiping canal connected as the research object, through the comprehensive analysis of all factors of the Jinan water ecological environment present situation and impacting the construction connected, and the feasibility of the project layout is studied. The main research contents are as follows:1. This paper introduces the present situation of water ecological environment of Jinan and analysis the present situation of water resources in Ji’nan city and the problems. Water system connecting project is the effective way to solve the problem of water ecology. Tian Shan area and economic construction Ping channel connectivity works not only can realize the scheduling of the Yellow River water, river water, Lake Dongping, but also can improve the Yuqing lake reservoir the guarantee rate of water supply and water quality, the water quality requirement of Ji’nan urban section of the Xiaoqing River, reduce Yuqing Lake Reservoir desilting basin running load, reduce urban flood control in Ji’nan city pressure, improve Ji’nan urban ecological environment, to realize the optimal allocation of water resources. Through the natural geographical situation and field implementation of regional project of Weishan Irrigation District, economic analysis of main canal, Yu QingHu reservoir, the Xiaoqing River project, the Tian Shan and the level of irrigation area canal connected.2. through the sediment conditions on the reliability of Tian Shan Station analysis, the Yellow River Yellow River water conditions, water supply and Yu Qinghu hill reservoir flood storage capacity to adapt, Tian Tian Shan desilting basin, the economic feasibility analysis of flat channel and other factors, the project layout, operation conditions and water days were demonstrated. Water replenishment project follow do not adjust the economic scale, water allocation, water delivery time and operation scheme canal project plain. In the south to north water diversion during non economic premise Ping channel not water, not, not, not repair drainage release flood waters under the requirements of water replenishment project, in does not affect the water quality in the south to North Water Diversion, sediment content less than Jiping canal sediment carrying capacity, we can use Jiping canal to supply water to the reservoir of Yuqing lake or the Xiaoqing River in Ji’nan city section. The south to North Water Diversion non water period replenishment for87days. Comprehensive economic, technology and the actual situation, to ensure the construction convenient operation and management, to avoid adverse factors impact on the existing buildings run, determine the optimal scheme. The study concluded that Ji’nan City Tian Shan area and Jiping canal connecting project is feasible.Through the analysis of the project, determine the project layout, namely in the Tian Shan Desilting Basin East Canal Tung Jiping canal south of100m new desilting basin outlet sluice gate, followed by the culvert, bending to the north and East17.2m and enter the Jiping canal channel (cross section corresponding Jiping canal design pile No.32+008), culvert length of145.5m. For the convenience of Jiping canal uptime possible engineering repair, in the culvert in Jiping canal is provided with maintenance chamber.Tian Shan Jiping canal irrigation and communication engineering, is an important part of the six major river systems of Ji’nan communication engineering, Ji’nan is the optimal allocation of water resources, the key project in building the modern water network system. the city development is an important part to improve the city image quality and to improve the living conditions. an important measure of harmony between man and nature, is an effective way to realize the city resources saving, environmental friendly society.
