The fresh corn feeding device is scattered corn by belt transmission through feedingdevice, implement the corn in order and have distance between a spike of the output.Beforeprocessing links such as weight, length, cutting, grading, saturation classification and grading,would first need to feed corn. It is an important link in the process of corn processing industrymodernization, and it is also relatively weak link in the manufacturing process of cornindustry modernization, On the domestic market at present most of the use of artificialfeeding or human with mechanical feeding, failed to achieve the corn grain automatic feed ingdevice. So the realization of corn grain efficient, directed and orderliness of the feedingdevice of corn processing industry modernization is of great significance. This study in orderto realize the tropism and order of corn grain feed, for the purpose of design developed acomplete implementation of maize grain have tropism and orderliness of feeding device.In this context, this topic designed and developed a set of corn ear automatic feedingdevice. This thesis mainly finished the following work:First, the corn grain feeding device of the mechanism composition and workingprinciple are introduced. Detailed introduced the feeding device agency main components, aswell as the various agencies parts installation position, the structure and function, and withone ear of corn grain (ideal) in the feeding device of the working process of this paperexpounds the basic working principle of the feeding device.Second, the corn grain feed device for related theory research. Physical parameters andgeometric model of corn ear was studied, using the method of experiment of corn ear, earlength and big diameter, path quality distribution, use of the physical parameters of thesimplified model to calculate the corn grain center of gravity location=23.46mm. For eachunit feed device has carried on the detailed research. Power unit is mainly studied theparameters of the motor, and according to these parameters to select the matching motor, theneed to select the power of0.5kW motor is obtained. Drive unit is mainly for the feedingdevice carried out a kinematical analysis on the simplified model, calculate the upper andlower feed formula of displacement and velocity formula of plate group. Execution unit of corn ear was studied mainly in the mechanical analysis on the upper and lower feed plategroup, the Angle parameters of the feeding device is obtained, only in to guarantee the feedcorn ear smoothly. Also obtained the feeding device of speed limit of3.13per second.Then, using the simulation software Adams/View feeding device for the virtualsimulation and optimization. It is concluded that when the feeding machine work, corn grainon the feeding machine horizontal and vertical displacement curve graph and speed. Andtransmission system has been optimized for the feeding device, make its in the sameconditions in the vertical direction, make the output displacement maximum.The rate ofoptimize is23.7%.
