Tomato yellow leaf curl disease (TY) caused by tomato yellow leaf curl virus, is a devastating viral disease. In recent years, the TY has spread out rapidly and lead to very serious damage to the tomato industry. Developments of resistant varieties to control the disease are the most cost-efect way.Ty-1resistance gene was firstly discovered and the most newly developed tomato varieties resistant to TY carrys this gene.Nowadays, multi-disease resistances are predominantly used to develop varieties in resistance to Tobacco mosaic virus, Fusarium oxyspourm f. sp. lycopersici,Meloidogy spp and Cladosporium fulvum.Thats will also bring serious harm,in the cultivation of resistance varieties is best to take into account other diseases, breed that has more resistance genes. In this study, we used molecular markers Ty-1, Cf-9,1-2, Mi-1, Tm-2a to screen the indivaduales of different segregation populstions and the elite inbred lines. Then, we made crosses between these inbred lines resistances to TY field trials of these crosses. The main results are as follows:1. Twenty-nine inbred lines were investigated with plant worphotogy and fruit traits. Thirty-six inbred lines were detectedagainst disease by molecular markers, the result showed that five lines with five resistant genes, four lines with four of these genes.2. Forty-seven TY crossesmade field trials twice in the spring and the autumn of2013. Through botantic traits, maturity, yield, resistance and fruit quality traits. Two excellent crosses,86F2×HG2, A214F2×70F2. They showed TY-resistance, higher yield and agronomical characters.3. Eighty-one segregation populstions F3toF5were tested by molecular marker Ty-1. Combined with field resistance and for178lines came from81separate populations, do sampling, we selected20plants with homozygous contained Ty-1allele,10plant with heterozygous,148without Ty-1gene. Those plants without TY gene were detected other resistanceCf/9,1-2, Mi-1and Tm-2a.
