Research the colour of plant can improve the plant system and provide reference configuration to garden plants in Chongqing area. This article mainly uses the method of RHS colourimetric card and SBE evaluation to study individual plants and plant combinations that screened out.Conclusions are as follows:(1) By using RHS colourimetric card to copy colour for101kinds of garden plants, writer gets a Leaf colour grading table with colour features of Chongqing.(2) By using SBE method to evaluate individual plant, writer gets the sorting Satisfaction on plant leaf colour:deciduous tree class> perennial herbs and ground covers> liana class> evergreen shrubs> deciduous shrubs> evergreen arbors.
