Microbial fermentation production of feed is an important livestock industryresearch stage and feed industry, Xiwang Group is a large-scale national corn deepprocessing industry, on this basis, in order to improve food utilization, and thereforesubject study, produced by microbial fermentation of feed. This paper selects utilisyeast as the main fermentation microorganisms, Bacillus coagulans and supplementedby mixed fermentation lactic acid bacteria to determine the glucose solution,ammonium sulfate and magnesium sulfate utilis yeast for fermentation has a positiveimpact on growth. Under optimized utilis yeast fermentation conditions premise usingmixed fermentation increases the protein content of fermentation products, fermentedlactic acid bacteria involved in the fermentation product that is effective in improvingfeed flavor.
