Straw stalk is a most important biological resource,but it being limited application because of low alimentation with high fibre and low protein.In order to get the theory and gist to the aquatic feedstuff produced,the straw stalk was determined to be the main stuff on this research using Candida utilis,Bacillus subtilis,Sporocyto Phaga as ferment.The best culture medium and fermented condition was filtrated by compare the components changed between before and after fermented.Also,the inoculated quantity and the ratio of Candida utilis, Bacillus subtilis,Sporocyto Phaga were confirmed.The results show as fellow.1 A strain named Y-3 with high ability of protein produced was selected from 6 strains of Candida utili by the ability of protein produced,and the content of protein is 9.16%in the fermented production which was 2.14 times to the production before fermented.Physical and chemical property of Y-3 were analysed,and it was accord with the typical characteristics of Candida utilis in〈Yeasts:characteristics and identification〉,2 Candida utilis,Bacillus subtilis,Sporocyto Phaga were cultivate in the same culture medium plate adding nitrogen sources,and the result show:Candida utilis,Bacillus subtilis, SporocytoPhaga were growth well and didn't contradict with each other.3 The effects of additives of straw stalk and bran,the kinds and additives of nitrogen, the content of water,and the fermented time on the ability of protein produced and fibre decomposed were researched.The four factors of the additives of nitrogen,the content of water,the fermented temperature,and the fermented time were studied to orthogonal experiment L9(34).The primary and secondary factor on protein produced was:the additives of nitrogen>the content of water>the fermented temperature>the fermented time.The primary and secondary factor on fibre decomposed,was:the additives of nitrogen>the fermented temperature>the content of water>the fermented time.And the additives of nitrogen,the fermented temperature,the content of water were very important factors,which have marked effects on both protein produce and fibre decomposed(F<0.05).The best conditions was that:the straw stalk ratio was7:3and the content of water was70%,the additives of nitrogen was 1.5%,the fermented temperature was 30℃,the fermented time was 7d. 4 The effects on the ability both protein produce and fibre decomposed of inoculated quantity and the ratio of Candida utilis,Bacillus subtilis,SporocytoPhaga were probed.A orthogonal experiment L9(34) was set up,and the best additive and ratio was:SporocytoPhaga was2%,Bacillus subtili was1%,Candida utilis was3%.After the conditions were optimized and the ratio and quantity of Candida utilis,Bacillus subtilis,SporocytoPhaga were determined,the content of protein and fibre of fermented production was 16.88%,23.65% respectively.
