Abstract/Summary:
In this experiment, Bacteria Mineral Water were sprayed to grape leaves and fruit before the grape fruits entering the veraison stage.5-year-old "Cabernet Gernischet" grapevine is used as test material to study the effect of different Bacteria Mineral Water on the leaf photosynthesis, fruit physiology and quality, fruit invertase and the branches cold resistance of grapevine. The results showed that:1、The Bacteria Mineral Water could improve the chloroplast pigment content, soluble sugars and photosynthetic efficiency of grape leaves. In particular, the Bacteria Mineral Water was diluted to100times could significantly improve the chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoid content of grape leaves; the Bacteria Mineral Water was diluted to50times or100times could significantly increase net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, the intracellular CO2concentration and total soluble sugars, sucrose content of grape leaves.2、In the growth and development of fruit, The diluted50times or100times of Bacteria Mineral Water could promote the accumulation of soluble sugar, and significantly increase soluble acid invertase activity, neutral invertase activity and cell wall acid invertase of grape fruit.3、The appropriate concentration of Bacteria Mineral Water could in favor of the fruit quality formation, and it could improve fruit titratable acid, pigment, tannins and total phenol content. In particular, the100-fold or200-fold dilution of Bacteria Mineral Water could significantly improve grape pigments, tannin and total phenol content; The400-fold dilution of Bacteria Mineral Water could significantly improve the fruit titratable acid content.4、The diluted50times,100times of Bacteria Mineral Water could increase the soluble sugars, starch, proline content of grape branches; With the temperature gradient reduced in the treats, their stach hydrolysis speed, total soluble sugar rapid accumulation, while the proline also rapid increased and improve the ability of the branches hardiness.5%The branches with the treat of Bacteria Mineral Water, its relative conductivity, MDA content is low, especially diluted to100times,200tines of the Bacteria Mineral Water could significantly reduce the relative conductivity and MDA content. At the low temperature, the Bacteria Mineral Water could defer the increase of relative conductivity, and suppress the accumulation of MDA.
