With the development of economy and society, requirement for energy resourceincreases continuously. At the same time, people face serious environment problem,Therefore, development and utilization of clean and renewable energy become imminent.As a kind of ocean energy,ocean current energy is an abundant and renewable energy. Itsuse can not only alleviate energy pressure, but also improve China’s energy structure,protect the environment. The development and utilization of new energy is inevitablychoice for China’s economic and social sustainable development.Fishing consumes energyhugely, saving fishing boats energy is inevitable requirement of energy saving. This papertakes800W fishing vessel’s tidal current generating device in anchoring as the researchobject. The system is suitable to the fishing boats,also can provide power for islandcomplement and provide the energy for buoy power supply.In chapter l, the back ground and significance of the marine current turbine researchare given. introduce the development status of marine turbine technology in China andforeign countries. The issues to be solve are summarized.The project significance andmain research contents are also presented. In chapter2,the basic theory of blade designwere studied. Using fluent software investigate two-dimensional airfoils NACA. Moreover,the final selection of different airfoil’s dynamic performance index has been made bystudying the lift coefficient, drag coefficient and lift-drag ratio. In chapter3, themechanical transmission system is designed. Following that, static analysis of acceleratingdevice were achieved by ANSYS software, and the Paper also calculated stress and straindiagram, These study can supply an analysis method for blade working life. In chapter4,the basic compositions of the tidal current turbine power generation and the control systemtopology, including permanent magnet generator, diode Rectifier Bridge, DC/DC converterand battery were introduced. It also main addresses the control Principles in Energyconsumption load and alternation of storage cell’s charging and discharging, all of whichwould be provided with hardware circuit designing and software programming.Accordingto the characteristics of permanent magnet generator, we adopt the corresponding control and protection measures to ensure the Stability of Power generation system. In chapter5,the system is modeled and simulated in the Matlab/Simulink, and the results verify thecorrectness and feasibility of fishing vessel’s tidal current generating device inanchoring.In chapter6, this paper’s research work and the outcomes are generalized, andthe further investigations and imperfection on device are Pointed out.In this article, by analyzing fishing vessel’s tidal current generating device inanchoring,The way of designing Flexible disassembling low power tidal currentgenerating device were revealed initially.
