Study On The Safety Evaluation On Rice And The Control Effect On Rice Blast By Probenazole

8%probenazole granule is a kind of plant resistance reaction itself can induce host plantdisease resistance inducing agent, mainly used for rice blast control. The research of soakingreagent and reagent and sprout mixing test to evaluate the safety of8%probenazole granules;After the2011to2013for three consecutive years field experiment, application time anddosage of application method,8%probenazole granules was determined, the control effect of8%probenazole granules on Rice Blast, forming a8%field probenazole granules usingtechnology. The results are as follows:(1) The safety evaluation of probenazole in rice seed soaking concentration:8%probenazolegranules is lower than that of the625mg·kg-1was safe to rice. Per kilogram of bud for mixing8%probenazole granule content is lower than9.6g, the safety of rice, one per kilogram ofbudding mixed with0.6g8%probenazole granules, rice seedling emergence, seedling quality.(2) Field trials of8%probenazole granules:①3day before transplanting in the seedbedbroadcast8%probenazole granule25g·m-2~300g·m-2was safe to rice, the control effect againstrice blast increases by8%probenazole granule dosage increase, the control effect of8%probenazole granule250g·m-2for rice blast is best.8%probenazole granule150g·m-2greenfaster, more tillers, control effect on rice blast is good, high yield.②Transplanting field using8%probenazole granules3times (7.5leaf:6.23~6.25,9.5leaf:7.3~7.6,10.5leaf:7.10~7.12)125~500g·667m-2was safe to rice, of which8%probenazole granules125g·667m-2was3timesbetter control effect on rice blast, up more than96%, kongyu131and kongyu163increasingrate in more than13%.(3)8%probenazole granules using technology:①Dry nursery seedling field:The poison ofindigenous, in3days before rice transplanting,8%probenazole granules150g·m-2and500gfine soil mixing in the bed after the broadcast, broadcast immediately after watering, have acertain effect on the treatment of rice blast.②Transplanting field:The poison of indigenous, atthe7.5leaf stage of rice (6.23~6.25), the9.5leaf stage (7.6~7.8), the10.5leaf stage(7.10~7.12),8%probenazole granules0.125kg·667m-2and20kg fine soil mixing, uniformbroadcast, water3~5cm,5to7days water retention,have good control effect against rice blast.
