| This study use CNCPS (Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system) to estimate eighttypical reserve Replacement heifers of Holstein cow feed ingredients of nutritional value, usingCPM-Dairy model to optimize the existing the diets for Replacement heifers of Holstein cows.whether it can satisfy the nutritional needs at various stages of growth and development ofReplacement heifers of Holstein cow. Meatwhile detect the body size, weight, and bloodparameters at various stages of Replacement heifers of Holstein cow. Seeks to validate theindicators model optimization by CPM-Dairy diet is appropriate for each stage of Holsteincows reserve the nutritional needs of growth and development, Make holstein cows in thegrowth and development stage to get a better growth conditions. For later adult productionbring more economic benefits. Innovative Points of This Paper at using the CPM-Dairy modelto optimize the existing the diets for Replacement heifers of Holstein cows.1.To determine and estimate diets of Replacement Heifers of Holstein cows and using theCPM model to optimize the existing the diets. This test to Harbin to castle peak in the8varieties WanDaShan dairy use typical back-up cows feed ingredients for nutritional valueevaluation such as crude protein (CP), non-protein nitrogen (NPN), soluble crude protein (SCP),acid detergent insoluble protein(ADIP), neutral detergent insoluble protein (NDIP), aciddetergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent lignin (ADL) andstarch, according to the classification method of CNCPS.Then the contents of non-proteinnitrogen (PA,%CP), rapidly degraded protein (PB1,%CP), intermediately degradedprotein(PB2,%CP), slowly degraded protein (PB3,%CP), bound protein (PC,%CP), unavailablefiber (CC,%CHO), available fiber (CB2,%CHO), starch, pecin (CB1,%CHO) and sugar(CA,%CHO) were calculated respectively following the formula provided in CNCPS. AfterCNCPS evaluation of8kinds of typical Replacement heifers feed ingredients of nutrient inputinto the database of CPM model, using the CPM model to optimize the existing the diets.2.Influence of CPM model optimal diets on the growth and development of ReplacementHeifers. Fourty Holstein cows with similar parity, age (three month), body height and bodyweight, were randomly assigned to two groups, each group twenty. The control group use theexisting feed formula. The treatment group use the CPM model to optimize the existing the diets. Trial period for660days.From3months old to24months ending. The results show, After useoptimization of feeding diets can not significantly increase body height, chest grith, bodyweight and body length (P>0.05),but growth trends are better than the control group; thetreatment group can significantly increase the levels of cannon circumference at14and15month(P<0.01), significantly increase8,10,11and13month(P<0.05).It can be seen, CPMmodel to optimize the existing the diets is useful for Replacement Heifers.3.Influence of CPM optimal diets on blood indicators of Replacement Heifers. experimentalanimals and experiment design are same as test2. The results show, treatment group cansignificantly increase the levels of blood calcium at8,17,23and24month(P<0.05). treatmentgroup can significantly increase the levels of blood phosphorus at16month and6month(P<0.05). treatment group can not significantly increase the levels of blood glucose, totalcholesterol, urea nitrogen, growth hormone, estradiol, pregnendione, triglyceride andalbumin, but the levels of blood glucose, growth hormone and pregnendione has a tendency toincrease, the levels of blood total cholesterol and urea nitrogen has a tendency to reduce. It canbe seen, CPM model optimal diets is better than before. It follows that CPM model optimal diets can satifsfy the nutritional requiremet the growthand development of Replacement Heifers, and better than original recipe. |
