Study On The Development Of Organic Agriculture In Yiyuan

Organic agriculture is a mode of agricultural production, which complies with certain agriculture production standards. In the production process, it gets living things and products not using gene engineering, without the use of chemical pesticide, fertilizer, growth regulator, feed additive and other things. It follows natural rules and ecology principles, coordinates the balance between planting and aquaculture, maintains stable agricultural production by a series of sustainable agricultural technology. In agricultural production and life, organic agriculture plays the following roles:firstly, promote the virtuous cycle of ecological envirenment; secondly, protect and improve soil fertility; thirdly, protect the diversity of agricultural living things; fouthly, increase the farmers’ income. In recent years, Yiyuan has made full use of location and resource advantages, and increased financial support, so that organic agriculture has made a great progress, which effectively promoted the local ecological balance, improved the ability to resist natural disasters, optimized the farmers’ production environment, made the industrial structure more reasonable, and increased agricultural output value greatly. In2010, Yiyuan’s organic agricultural output value reached one billion, which played an important role in promoting economic development. But the problems and shortages in variety, scale, production and operation mode, marketing and benefit restricted the further development of organic agriculture to some extent.In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of Yiyuan’s organic agriculture, this paper systematically researches Yiyuan’s organic agriculture development, on the basis of organic agriculture development theory, sustainable development theory, regional economic development theory, using methods of survey analysis, empirical analysis and system analysis, focusing on basic knowledge of organic agriculture, condition, history, status, problems and reasons of Yiyuan’s organic agriculture development, aiming at providing decision-making reference for government in promoting sustained, rapid and coordinated development of organic agriculture.The related theories of organic agriculture development are the theoretical basis of this paper. This paper expounds related problems of organic agriculture development from concept, characteristics, functions and advantages, expounds the differences and contacts between traditional agriculture and conventional agriculture from characteristics and effects, summarizes the development trends of organic agriculture of the world, China and Shandong.The conditions, history and status of organic agriculture refer to the understanding of study object. This paper makes an analysis from advantageous conditions, history and status of Yiyuan’s organic agriculture. The research shows that the convenient transportation, convenient communication, rich resources and long farming history do good to the development of organic agriculture.The problems and reason analysis of Yiyuan’s organic agriculture development are the basis of countermeasures. This paper analyzes problems and reasons from products variety, scale, production and operation mode, marketing and benefit, which shows the problems of few varieties, small scale, single mode, poor marketing, non-uniform standards and unobvious effects and so on. These problems also show the direction for further development of Yiyuan’s organic agriculture.The experience and enlightenment of organic agriculture at home and abroad are important reference for countermeasures. Domestic experience shows that organic agriculture development needs the attention of government, financial support, service supervision, market extension and enterprise advantages. Foreign experience shows that establishing certification system, regulating production management, changing consumption concept and establishing consumer market are keys to rapid and healthy developent of organic agriculture.Countermeasures for Yiyuan’s organic agriculture are the foothold of this paper. In order to promote the rapid and healthy developent of organic agriculture, we should pay more attention to publicity and education, emphasize multi-party collaboration, strengthen market system, innovate development mode, expand the market, promote industrialization development, and play the leading role of organic agriculture.
