Stress refers to the body for a variety of nonspecific responses resulting from abnormalstimulation. Severe or persistent stress reaction brought serious harm to humans and animals, and it would disrupt the central nervous system, endocrine and metabolic system, leading toworsening existing disease or activating potential diseases. In the poultry production,it will besubjected to high temperature, cold, vaccination, transportation and other stress responses, resulting in poultry production performance degradation, suppressed immune function, infectious diseases and sudden death etc. So controlling stress for poultry farming is veryimportant. This topic has carried out the research about the effects of Anti-stress Number1onthe AA broiler chickens. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Carried out the research about the effects of Anti-stress Number1on the AA broilerchicken in the temperature of10-15℃continuous7days chronic cold stress. The resultsshowed that:0.06g/kg dosage can be significant (P <0.05) to reduce the number of deaths;0.06g/kg dosage significantly (P <0.05) improve the spleen and bursa of fabricius index;0.03g/kg and0.06g/kg both drug delivery dosage can reduce the feed conversion ratio;0.03g/kg dosage can elevate Adrenocorticotropichormon(ACTH) and Corticosterone(CORT)content in serum very significantly(P <0.01), and can significantly (P <0.05)decreaseMalondialdehyde(MDA)content in serum.(2)Carried out the research about the effects of Anti-stress Number1on the AA broilerchicken in the temperature of37-42℃continuous10days chronic heat stress. The resultsshowed that:0.06g/kg dosage can be significant (P <0.05) to reduce the number of deaths;0.03g/kg and0.06g/kg both drug delivery dosage can reduce the feed conversion ratio;0.06g/kg dosage can decrease ACTH,CORT and MDA content in serum very significantly(P <0.01);0.06g/kg dosage can decrease IgG and IgM content in serum very significantly(P <0.01).(3)Carried out the research about the effects of Anti-stress Number1on the AA broiler chicken in the temperature of45℃continuous4hours acute heat stress. The results showedthat:0.03g/kg dosage and0.06g/kg dosage can respectively significantly (P <0.05) and verysignificantly (P <0.01) reduce the number of deaths.(4)Carried out the research about the effects of Anti-stress Number1on the AA broilerchicken on vaccination stress. The results showed that:0.06g/kg dosage can very significantly(P <0.01) reduce the number of deaths. The above indicates that, anti-stress Number1has good resistance to stress, and theeffects related to the hormone secretion of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis. Thisstudy provides a theoretical basis to develop anti-stress Number1into a new type ofanti-stress drugs in the future.
