For improving the quality of after curing tobacco of An Kang region,in the year2010and2011investigated the suitable harvest maturity and curing properties of AnKang main planting flue-cured tobacco varieties, put forward the new tobacco bulk curing process, screening the best process and promotion. Conclusions are as follows:(1) Harvest maturity of K326’lower leaves turn yellow into about60%-70%is the most appropriate, middle leaves and upper leaves should be delay harvest based on the existing harvest date, harvest when leaves turns into yellow by70%-80%and80%-90%, comprehensive sensory quality is the best; Yun-yan87lower leaf should early harvest when it’s leaf turn into yellow50%-60%, middle leaves and upper leaves should be delay based on the existing harvest date, middle leaves should be turn into yellow90%-100%, the upper leaves shouled be harvest when turn into yellow80%-90%.,then the comprehensive sensory quality is the best.(2) Breed curing performance test show that the K326water loss is relatively slow, not easy to become yellow, completely change yellow to brown has long experience and Browning index is relatively small, resistance to bake but easy to bake. Your smoke filtration4relatively fast, easy to become yellow, completely change yellow to brown began to experience no difference between the time and was over87, but the Browning index less than was over87, that is easy to bake but resistant to bake.(3) Compared the fure-cure tobacco chemical indicators,economic benefits and sensory quality of different tobacco curing process,the results showed that,the chemical indicator all located to the comfort zone except the protein contact is low in all treatment.K326economic bennifit K2the middle temperature curing process is the highest on low part leaf,middle and up part K5the multi-stepmiddle warm wet bulk process is the best. Smoke Panel Test K5is the best in middle and up parts. K2and K5is better on Yun yan87.(4) Multi-stepmiddle warm wet bulk process is been demonstration and promotion, it’s effective, fure-cure tobacco appearance quality and economic benifit are better than average in An Kang.
