In order to understand the immune effect of H5subtype AI vaccine, discover and analysis of the existing problems in the AI immune in Shandong province, imely found the ineligible immune, and ensure the disease does not occur outbreak in Shandong province, a total of13854avian sera samples were collected to detect the H5subtype avian flu R-4strain antibody and Re-5strain antibody by HI test from17cities of Shandong province in2009to2011. The results showed that there were13135and13001samples with qualified R-4strains antibody and Re-5strains antibody respectively, and immune qualified rate reached94.81%and93.84%respectively. Especially after the autumn of2010, immune qualified rate of R-4strains antibody and Re-5strains antibody reached100%. In the immune qualified rate was less than100%, the immune qualified rate of breeding poultry farms was obviously higher than that of the commercial scale farms and that of commercial scale farms was higher than keeping free-roaming chicken farms. Using H5subtype avian influenza (Re-4+Re-5strains) inactivated vaccine to immune chicken, duck and goose, the immune qualified rate of chicken was obviously higher than that of duck and goose. The results of the study show that using to H5subtype avian influenza (Re-4+Re-5strains) inactivated vaccine to strengthen the immunnnity could make the the immune qualified rate of chicken reached100%, but the immune qualified rate of duck was not ideal.
