Effect of uniconazole on morphological traits, leaf senescence related enzyme activity, yield of different varieties was studied in peanut, and the influences of different uniconazole concentration (water、40ppm、80ppm、120ppm、160ppm) on crude fat content, protein content, soluble sugar content in kernel of different peanut varieties was investigated in Hefei test site of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences in2010by combining field tests with laboratory detection and using the Huayu19with big100-pod weight and the Huayu23with small100-pod weight as materials. The main results are as follows:Growth of the plant height could be delayed by foliar spray of uniconazole during flowering stage, and the greater of uniconazole concentration, the more obvious of effects. Uniconazole could increase diameter of main stem and make plant shape become stocky in peanut. It showed highly agreement in different peanut varieties. During flowering stage, Therewas no significant effect on number of branch by spraying uniconazole in peanut. The growth of subbranches was inhibited after spraying uniconazolethe in Huayu19that is a big peanut variety, and the greater of uniconazole concentration, the more obvious of effects. But there was no significant inhibiting effect on subbranches growth of Huayu23with small100-pod weight.The SOD activity of leaves could be increased by Uniconazole, SOD activity of the treatment plot was higher than the ck. There were consistent performance in different varieties. From flowering to harvest stage, SOD activity increased first and then decreased, The most remarkable promotion occurred at the concentration of80ppm in Huayu19, SOD activity of leaves is395.09Unit.g-1FW. Huayu19were increased by 58.96%in3plot.The most remarkable promotion occurred at the concentration of160ppm in Huayu23, SOD tivity of leaves is309.02Unit.g-1FW. Huayu23were increased by92.34%in5plot.Uniconazole effect on POD and SOD was similar, the POD activity of leaves could be increased by Uniconazole, The most remarkable promotion occurred at the concentration of40ppm in Huayu19, POD activity of leaves is796.13Unit.g-11FW.min-1, It were increased by19.71%. The most remarkable promotion occurred at the concentration of80ppm in Huayu23, POD activity of leaves is729.50Unit.g-1FW.min-1, It were increased by10.97%.The MDA content of leaves could be delayed by Uniconazole, The higher of uniconazole concentration, the more of the delay effect on MDA. The MDA content of leaves is most lowest by the concentration of160ppm.Chlorophyll Chl(a+b) content was measured on the main stem third leaf, Chlorophyll synthesis was enhanced by Uniconazole, chlorophyll content of Uniconazole treatment plot was higher than ck. It is higher than ck in peanut by the concentration of160ppm and120ppm in Huayu19,It is higher than ck in peanut by the concentration of40ppm or80ppm in Huayu23.The growth of roots could be promoted, dry and dried fruit weight of peanut roots could be increased, root shoot ratio and economic coefficient could be improved by uniconazole treatment. Two peanut cultivars dry and dried fruit weight of peanut roots were the highest in3plotRoot-shoot ratio and economic coefficient of Huayu19were increased by40.38%and18.34%in3plot; Root-shoot ratio and economic coefficient of Huayu23were increased by64.27%in5plo and27.30%in3plot. NO significant difference between the concentration. Significant difference between the uniconazole treatment in water ck.The weight of pods per plant and per plant kernel peanut and100-pod weight and100-kernel weight were significantly increased by Uniconazole treatment, two peanut cultivars yield(410.10kg、353.60kg) were the highest in3plot,showing that the effect of Uniconazole on improving production is consistent in different varieties。Significant difference between the uniconazole treatment in water ck.The seed fatty accumulation can be promoted by Uniconazole during flowering stage, and it can be still promoted in mature period. The fat accumulation of Huayu19 and Huayu23was the highest in4plot. The seed protein accumulation can be promoted by Uniconazole Protein content of uniconazole treatment plot were higher than ck, The seed protein content accumulation of Huayu19was the highest in5plot. The seed protein content accumulation of Huayu23was the highest in3plot.The accumulation of soluble sugars can be obviously promoted by Uniconazole, The accumulation of soluble sugars of uniconazole treatment plot were higher than ck, the accumulation of soluble sugars of Huayu19and Huayu23was the highest in3plot.
