Experiments studied the appropriate formula and processing technology of the75%nicosulfuron water dispersible granule (WD), and preliminary applications in corn fields.In addition explored the different sensitivity of16kinds widely cultivated corn varieties tothe nicosulfuron,to determine the best dosage used in practical agricultural and use method,provides the reliable scientific basis for safety production of Nicosulfuron in maize. Theexperimental results are as follows:1. Formulation development of75%nicosulfuron water dispersible granule. Throughthe screening of the carrier, wetting agent, dispersing agent,disintegrating agent and binderetc., finally determined using kaolin as carrier, wetting agent selected Tewert1004,dispersing agent selected Tersperse2020和Tersperse2700,disintegrating agent usingammonium sulfate, polyethylene glycol binder selection. The final system of waterdispersible granule in dispersion, suspension rate, disintegration time, stability and lastingfoaming performance indicators conforms to China’s pesticide specifications of waterdispersible granule. The formula improve the effective utilization rate of the original drugingredient in the preparation,enhanced the physical stability and biological activity of theproducts, and also was conducive to the efficacy of the play.2. Field experiment of75%Nicosulfuron water dispersible granule fieldexperiment.Corn demonstration field in Bozhou City, Anhui Province,75%Nicosulfuronwater dispersible granules have a good control effect on cornfield weeds.30days afterapplication, total weeds control effect of3.5,4.5,5.5,9g/acre were80.11%,83.70%,87.31%and89.77%, Contrast agent was40g/L Nicosulfuron suspension (Nicosulfuron,Japan)80ml/acres and total weed control effect was83.51%. Therefore, the experimentselected75%Nicosulfuron water dispersible granules to control80%weeds, the minimalusage is3.5g/acre.3. The sensitivity of different maize varieties to75%Nicosulfuron water dispersiblegranules. The experiment selected16kinds of maize varieties planted widely, pop cornvarieties ‘jinbao1’ and ‘ZhengBao2’ are sensitive to Nicosulfuron, sweet corn varieties‘ZhongTian8’ and ‘ZhengTian2’ are sensitive to Nicosulfuron, Waxy corn varieties‘SuWanNian1’ and ‘YuNuo4’ are also sensitive to Nicosulfuron, butGenera type corn lowsensitive to Nicosulfuron.The study found the sensitivity sequence of different types ofmaize varieties is pop corn> sweet corn> waxy corn> general type corn. general type cornhave good safety to Nicosulfuron, Can be used for large area, safety test is needed forlarge-scale use in pop corn,sweet corn and waxy corn. |
