The toxicity was found on some crop (eg. the maize) treated by the mixture of nicosulfuron and organophosphorous insecticide in the last year. In this experimentation the difference of tolerance, the cell, the Als and the effect of control weed were studied by the different variety of maize treated by the mixture of nicosulfuron and organophosphorous insecticide. The results shows that the maize variety of Yanbai Zea mays(L.) is the more tolerant than the variety of Jiudan48.On the other hand, among the transgenic maize from American, the ciba4393 is more tolerant than the ciba4393 MR. The ciba4393 is the most tolerant of all the varieties treated. The cell straight growth is same between the tolerant and the sensitive variety of maize, but the cell division is visible difference. And the index of cell division of the sensitive variety is lower than the tolerant variety. The activity of ALS is visible difference between the tolerant variety and sensitive variety of maize. It is same result that the same variety was treated by nicosulfuron or the mixture of nicosulfuron and parathion. The tolerant variety of maize isn't harmed neither parathion is sprayed for 48 hours before nicosulfuron sprayed nor for 48 hours after nicosulfuron. Treated by mixture of nicosulfuron and PBO, the tolerant variety of maize is more tolerant than the sensitive variety. When the nicosulfuron is sprayed with the PBO or the parathion, the dose can be the half of normal dose. And the effect of control is verywell.
