Acute Toxicity Tests Of Four Heavy Metal Iron And NaCL To Juvenile Sturgeon Acipenser Schrenckii

The acute toxicity test of four heavy metals ions and salinity to juvenile sturgeon Acipenser schrenckii werestudied in this research．The average body length and weight of the juvenile at age of28days for acute toxicitytest was5.79±0.63mm and0.76±0.28g respectively. The chemically pure of CuSO₄·5H₂O, ZnSO₄·7H₂O,Pb（NO3）2and Nacl were used to make up experimental fluid for the acute toxicity test. The toxicity symptoms ofthe juvenile sturgeon were observed, and LC50and safe concentration（SC） values of24h,48h,72h and96h of theexperiments were showed as follows.1. Acute toxicity of four heavy metals ions to juvenile sturgeon Acipenser schrenckii were Cu²⁺> Cd²⁺> Zn²⁺>Pb²⁺,the juvenile sturgeon was most sensitivity to Cu²⁺.2. LC50values of Cu²⁺of24h,48h,72h and96h were0.1420mg·L^-1,0.0686mg·L^-1,0.0459mg·L^-1and0.0377mg·L^-1respectivelyï¼›and SC of Cu²⁺was0.0038mg·L^-1.3. LC50values of Zn²⁺of24h,48h,72h and96h were2.2037mg·L^-1,1.4312mg·L^-1,1.0734mg·L^-1and0.9133mg·L^-1respectively, and SC of Zn²⁺was0.0913mg·L^-1.4. LC50values of Cd²⁺of24h,48h,72h and96h were0.6383mg·L^-1、0.4743mg·L^-1、0.3105mg·L^-1and0.2815mg·L^-1respectively, and SC of Cd²⁺was0.0282mg·L^-1.5. LC50values of Pb²⁺of24h,48h,72h and96h were7.3319mg·L^-1、4.0791mg·L^-1、3.4745mg·L^-1and2.8544mg·L^-1respectively, and SC of Pb²⁺was0.2854mg·L^-1.6. LC50values of NaCl of24h,48h,72h and96h were6.5129mg·L^-1、5.0842mg·L^-1、3.7784mg·L^-1å’Œ3.6289mg·L^-1respectively, and SC of NaCl was0.2854mg·L^-1.
