Objective: To optimize new biological source pesticide preparationcomposing of emamectin-benzoate imidacloprid and matrine-imidaclopridto cure aphids of Lonicera japonica Thunb. and Isatis indigotica Fort.and to discuss insect-resistant mechanism of Lonicera japonica Thunb..Methods: Optimizing biological source pesticide reagent type throughtoxicity measurement test, field efficacy trial, Medicine effectivecomponent content determination, dynamic analysis of pesticide residues. We studied physiological and biochemical changes of plant includingthe activity of PAL, POD, PPO, SOD, SOD, total phenolic compounds, chlorophyll, chlorogenic acid, loganin, caffeic acid, soluble sugar andsoluble protein and discussed honeysuckle insect-resistant mechanism.Indoor toxicity measurement made aphids mortality as the indicators, field efficacy trials made reducing rates for the pest as the indicators. We detect detection of pesticide residues in medicinal materials byUPLC-MS/MS; We detect activities of PAL,PPO,POD,SOD and content ofphenols, chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein by spectrophotometry, and chlorogenic acid, loganin, caffeic acid by HPLC.Results: We selected500times liquid of0.57%emamectin benzoate,800 times liquid of1.5%emamectin benzoate,500times liquid of2%matrine,1000times liquid of10%matrine to perform field efficacy trials aboutHoneysuckle. Results of field efficacy trials showed that1.5%emamectinbenzoate imidacloprid had higher biological activity. It was comparablewith the control efficiency of imidacloprid and its residual period wasshorter than imidacloprid.3%emamectin benzoate could be used alone insingle dosage.0.5%emamectin benzoate-imidacloprid has the best effectin mixed preparations. It was quick effective and long-acting. The effectsof mixed preparations were better than single dosage and residual lifeof preparations was shorter than imidacloprid. We found that plants havedifferent physiological and biochemical changes after being violated byaphids.Conclusion:1. Imidacloprid had better control efficiencies, but itsresidual life was longer. Biological pesticides had no residue, but theireffects were unsatisfactory. The mixed preparations had significantsynergistic effects and were worthy of popularizing and appling.2. Wefound that plants have different physiological and biochemical changesafter being violated by aphids. And this is associated with insectresistance.
