Studies On The Standards Of Pesticides In Safe Use Of Folium Isatidis

"Safety, Utility, Stabilization and Control" were the requirements of the World Health Organization to Chinese herbs. The quality of Chinese herbs not only deals with the effective consistituent, but also the pesticide residue, and so on.The degradations of carbendazim, chlorothalnil and deltamethrin were studied in Folium Isatidis. The detailed results obtained were as follows:1. To establish the methods for the analysis of carbendazim, chlorothalnil and deltamethrin in Folium Isatidis. The recoveries were 74.52～80.82% for carbendazim,85.28～100.09% for chlorothalnil and 92.3～101.9% for deltamethrin, respectively. RSD were 2.62～9.53%, 3.2～11.9% and 3.8～10.7% respectively.2. To study the residual dynamics of carbendazim, chlorothalnil and deltamethrin in Folium Isatidis. The results indicated that the half-life of carbendazim was 2.68～2.92 d, the half-life of chlorothalnil was 4.46～5.30d and the half-life of deltamethrin was 2.61～3.31d.
