Aquaculture industry is currently facing more problems, including food shortageswhich is one of the important issues,“the human and animal food fighting” is a growingproblem. Straw directly as feed is low utilization and poor palatability, So the fermentedstraw as feed has been paid more and more attention.Preliminary basis for this study has been obtained the the straw feed complexbacterial strains, the bacterial strains for straw fermentation can effectively degrade ligninand cellulose, which degradation rate is more than30%. The crude protein and organicacid in the straw are significantly increased, the crude protein is by fermentation before the4%-5%increase to12%-15%, organic acids significantly increased to90mg/Kg-110mg/Kg and straw rich in sweet and sour taste, and greatly improve its feedingvalue. The nutrition ingredients of the fermented straw feed were analysed. In order to betterassess the quality of the fermented corn stalks, adopted by the trial roughage qualityassessment method-CNCPS method, analysis the corn stalks and the fermented corn stalks13kinds of conventional nutrition ingredients which is crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat, crude ash, starch, washing fiber, acid detergent fiber, non-protein nitrogen, soluble crudeprotein and so on, and analysis the characteristics of the carbohydrate composition andprotein component, the fermented corn stalks was comprehensive assessed. The test resultsshow that: the corn stalks and the fermented corn stalks nutrition ingredients aresignificantly different(P<0.05).The fermented corn stalk powder is in accordance with the proportion of5%,10%,20%added to the full price of the chicks mixed feed, fermented corn stalk powder weremeasured on the growth performance of the chicks by the feed to gain ratio and averagedaily weight gain. The results show that: the test group1of the feed to gain ratio andaverage daily weight gain are higher than that in the control group, the difference wassignificant(P<0.05), the test group2and test group3of the feed to gain ratio and averagedaily weight gain were lower than the control group and the difference wassignificant(P<0.05).Analysis the mechanism of fermented corn stalks to promote the growth of the testanimals. The reaserch is from three parts: E. coli, Bacillus, Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium four kinds of bacteria quantity changes in the test chicks fecal, α-amylase, protease, cellulase, phytase four kinds of digestive enzyme activity changes in the test chicks fecaland conventional nutrition ingredients changes in the test chicks fecal such as the crudeprotein, crude ash, crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, starch, calcium, phosphorus and so on. The test results show that the number of beneficial microorganismsfed fermented straw powder for the test animal is increasing and the number of E. coli isdecline, it was significantly different(P<0.05), the enzyme activity of protease andcellulase is increasing, it was significantly different(P<0.05), the enzyme activity ofphytase and α-amylase is not a significant difference(P>0.05), the content of the variousnutrients has decreased, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The analysis of fermented corn stalks nutrition ingredients and Study effects of itschicks feeding and mechanism which is provided new technology and theoretical basis forthe rational development and utilization of straw resources.
