This experiment was with ROC22and Guitang32as test materials, using pot15N isotope tracer method and field plot testing method to research the features of absorption and accumulation on nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, fertilization utilization and distribution on each organ of two sugarcane varieties while the condition of soil is red and dry slopes, acidlity, mediun fertity and supplying the N210-525kg/ha, P2O5159-330kg/ha, K2O240-555kg/ha. The experiment provide scientific basis in order to solve the problem about traditional experience fertilization of sugarcane in China, use precisely about fertilizer practice in the growing development of China’s modern agriculture industry of sugarcane, reduce fertilizer application rate, production cost, improve economic returns and promote the sustainable development of canesugar industry in China. The main results of this test are as follows:1.Different varieties of sugarcane needed different nutrient to product a ton of raw sugarcane with different fertilization levels. Under soil condition of sugarcane region in Guangxi, ROC22required N. P2O5. K2O measurement respectively1.66-2.06kg,0.25-0.33kg,2.32~3.18kg and as well as N, P2O5, K2O dose of4.44-5.15kg to product a ton of raw sugarcane;Gui sugar32required amount of N, P2O5, K2O respectively1.82~2.61kg,0.31~0.39kg,3.18-4.6kg as well as total N, P2O5, K2O6.29~7.26kg. The total of N. P2O5.K2O of sugarcane is increasing while increasing fertilization level. The absopbility of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of plant and distribution ration of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of stem and leaves are different which lead to diversity of needed fertilization amount of different sugarcane varieties to product a ton of raw suagarcane.2.Utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer of ROC22is increasing while increasing fertilizer level in a reasonable supply range. Utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer of ROC22is increased with an increase in nitrogen application, sugarcane fertilizer utilization rate under the condition of potted reached11.64%-13.28%, utilization rate of nitrogen is low. The cause of low utilization rate of nitrogen may have:①the problem about chemical properties and fertility of soil;②pot culture conditions;③high application rate of nitrogen fertilizer in early will also influence nitrogen ulitization.3.Increasing fertilizer application can make up for lacking of soil fertility, reduce the dependence of sugarcane on nitrogen of soil and improve sugarcane production.4.Nutrient content is different in every growth period of sugarcane and which will shifts and changes.
