Cyanobacteria is also known as Cyanophyta, etc, it can produce a variety of highapplication value in the primary and secondary metabolites, but for the classificationof cyanobacteria is still more chaos, lacking system research. In this experiment, wefound one kind of Cyanophyta that had been initially identified as Pseudanabaenasp.,called LZ1.We did the research which was based on the molecular identification ofthe16SrRNA gene technology. So LZ1was classified identification.CyanobacteriaLZ116SrRNA sequence is more conservative, variability is not high, can be used forthe classification of the genus level appraisal, after joining together,the length of thesequencing of the proceeds of the16srRNA fragments which finally used for thesequence analysis is413bp, AT47.5%, after system development analysis, found thatalgae LZ1and Synechococcus sp. in the four methods (MP method,NJ method andML method and bayesian method) based on the16SrRNA gene sequences to constructphylogenetic trees got higher approval rating or a posteriori probability values on abranch, and Pseudoanabaena sp.did not gather in one branch, the interspecific geneticdistance between LZ1and the other rangs from0.002to0.012,and is smaller than theinterspecific genetic distance of LZ1and other species of Pseudoanabaena.LZ1andthe other species of Synechococcus rangs from LZ1can be identified asSynechococcus sp. We made different culture conditions of cyanobacteria LZ1andtried to make sure.We groped them in different concentrations of NaHCO3,phosphorus, urea and sodium nitrate and different initial pH value to cultivate LZ1,and measure the daily OD700and pH value, draw the growth curve and pH changecurve. Found LZ1was good adaptability to high in salt and alkali in the high alkaliconditions and it can still be normally growth, the optimum concentration of NaHCO3is100mmol/L, the optimal initial pH value of8.5, growth of nitrogen element in the use of preferences nitrate, sodium nitrate, grow best when concentration is681.683mg/L, and phosphorus in algae LZ1is less affected, even at zero concentration couldalso normal growth. Also analyzed the pigment and protein and the amino acidcontent and composition analysis. Get total crude protein content was35.8%, totalamino acids was34.4%, the highest content of glutamic acid, LZ1has greatapplication potential.
