This experiment was conducted to determine influence of the content of traceelements in tissues and organs from goats under combined stresses of the Molybdenum andCadmium.63Boer goats were randomly assigned to seven different groups. Selectionsource of Molybdenum and Cadmium from [(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O] and CdCl2respectively.The control group was treated with the corresponding dose of deionized water.Treatments consisted of low Cd and low Mo group(dose of0.5mg Cd·kg-1·BW+15mgMo·kg-1·BW), low Cd and middle Mo group(dose of0.5mg Cd·kg-1·BW+30mgMo·kg-1·BW), low Cd and high Mo group(dose of0.5mg Cd·kg-1·BW+45mgMo·kg-1·BW), high Cd and low Mo group(dose of1mg Cd·kg-1·BW+15mg Mo·kg-1·BW),high Cd and middle Mo group(dose of1mg Cd·kg-1·BW+30mg Mo·kg-1·BW), high Cdand high Mo group(dose of1mg Cd·kg-1·BW+45mg Mo·kg-1·BW).The goats were rearedfor50days under normal condition.Blood samples and tissue samples for groups of threegoats were collected on days0,25and50to determine the experiments test, and determinethe content of Mo, Cd, Cu from goats. The results are as follows:1.With the increase of conteracting toxic time, the content of Mo, Cd in cardiacmuscle were significantly increased(P<0.05) comparing to the control group, and with theincreasing trend of the perfusion of Mo, Cd concentration increased. But the content of Cuwere showed partially significantly decreased(P<0.05).2.With the increase of conteracting toxic time and the perfusion of Mo, Cdconcentration, the content of Mo, Cd in liver, kidney, lung were significantlyincreased(P<0.05) comparing to the control group, and the content of Cu were showedsignificantly increased(P<0.05).3.With the increase of conteracting toxic time and the perfusion of Mo, Cdconcentration, the content of Mo, Cd in serum were significantly increased(P<0.05)comparing to the control group, and the content of Cu were showed partially significantlyincreased(P<0.05).4.With the increase of conteracting toxic time and the perfusion of Mo, Cdconcentration, the content of Mo in spleen were significantly increased(P<0.05) comparingto the control group, and the content of Cd, Cu were showed partially significantlyincreased(P<0.05).The results showed that the content of Mo, Cd in the tissues were increased while thegoats took in excessive Mo, Cu long-term, and the use of Cu is limited, which can cause achronic dearth of Cu in the tissues. |
