Research On Clinical Pathology And Traditional Chinese Medicine For Prevention And Treatment Of Avian Gout Induced By Nephrotropic Strains Of IBV

The experiment was conducted to investigate the mechanism on avian gout byIBV and the prevention and treatment by Chinese Herbal compounds. Virus of twotiter (10-5/0.2mL and10-6/0.2mL) were inoculated in body of37day old Hailanhelaying hens, then Using of compound Chinese herbal medicine liquid for preventionand treatment in vaccinated before and after inoculation，and set up the normal andtraditional chinese medchine groups.8chickens were selected randomly from eachgroup,respectively, on12th day,19th day,26th day in experimental period accordingto the disease status of the chicken, they were slaughtered and the serum wasseparated for determination of blood biochemical and antioxidant indices, kidneymitochondrias were was extracted from kidney tissues and relevant antioxidantindices were determined,in addition, tissue sections were made.Comparing with control group, K in serum from the groups of virus increased (P<0.01), Ca, Mg, P in serum increased (P <0.05), Cl in serum decreased (P <0.05);K inserum from the group of prevention and treatment increased (P <0.05), Ca, Mg, P,Cl in serum had no significant difference on12th,19th day in experimental period；Comparing with control group, GLB、AST/ALT、GGT、5-NT、UA、CR in serumfrom the groups of virus increased (P <0.01), TP、ALB、AST、ALT in serum increased(P<0.05), ALB/GLB、ALP in serum decreased (P<0.05), on12th,19th day inexperimental period;Comparing with control group, UA、CR、GLB、GGT in serumfrom the group of prevention increased (P <0.01),TP、ALB、AST、AST/ALT in serumincreased (P <0.01), ALB/GLB in serum decreased（P<0.01）。on12th,19th day inexperimental period;UA、CR、GLB、GGT in serum from the group of treatmentincreased (P <0.01), TP、ALB、AST in serum increased (P <0.05), ALB/GLB inserum decreased (P <0.01), Comparing with group of virus, the extent of increase ofUA、CR in serum from the group of Chinese herbal compounds was lower than thegroup of virus, and had a significant difference(P <0.01),on12th,19th day inexperimental period;Comparing with control group,MDA,XOD in serum and kidneymitochondrial from the group of virus increased and T-AOC、 T-SODdecreased,MDA,XOD in serum and kidney mitochondrial from the group oftraditional Chinese medicine function decreased and T-AOC,T-SOD increased.comparing with virus group, T-AOC, T-SOD, MDA, XOD in serum and kidneymitochondria from the group of traditional Chinese medicine function showedsignificant difference (P<0.01), on12th,19th day in experimental period; groupindicators has no marked difference on26th.The results showed that: Nephrotropic Strains of IBV infection induced typicalentrails chicken gout, and serum electrolyte disorders, liver and kidney functiondamage; Compound Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of chicken goutcaused by IBV play a role someway and can protect and repair the liver and kidneyfunction, improve the body’s antioxidant ability.
