Camellia oleifera (Camellia oleifera Abel) is the major economic tree species ofwoody oil plants in China, which also have a large range of planting in our province,most are in barren mountain. The soil properties showed more acidity and tea farmersuse of pesticides and fertilizers, then the harmful material residue in soil, nutrientcontent balance disorder, severe soil harden and further increase serious camelliacultivation soil acidification. Applying biological bacterial manure not only couldimprove the adverse impact of the single application of chemical fertilizer, as well asit has a significant role in the activation of soil, improve soil fertility, improveenvironment and improve the level of plant nutrition elements in the body fat,improve plant to absorb nutrients in the soil. In this experiment, through researchingthe use of different formulations of biotin researches on plant physiological indexes ofthe growth and nutrient content in the soil. To select the best biotin researches formula,provide technical support for the development and utilization of Camellia oleifera.The results were as follows:1. Different Camellia seedlings growth rate in treatment group were higher thanthose in the control group. Seedling height were compared with the control groupincreased6.85%,10.49%,13.67%,10.49%,8.49%,11.07%,15.04%,11.31%, stemdiameter were increased4.45%,5.15%,9.37%,5.15%,4.22%,9.13%,11.24%,6.56%.T3(5g fertilizer+P) and T7(10g fertilizer+P) the most obvious effect of twotreatments of Camellia oleifera seedling height and basal stem diameter growth, theinfluence of seedling height were13.67%,15.04%higher than that of control grouprespectively; Basal stem diameter growth were9.37%,11.24%higher than that ofcontrol.2. The chlorophyll content of leaves in different treatment groups were higherthan that in control group, the content of chlorophyll were compared with the controlgroup increased20.15%,34.27%,16.82%,19.51%,1.41%,39.92%,15.15%,17.33%. Among them, the highest content is T7,39.92%higher than the control treatment.3. Camellia oleifera soluble sugar content of different treatment groups wassignificantly higher than that in control group, higher than that of control groupwere11.39%,15.64%,17.19%,19.92%,10.45%,12.13%,11.61%,19.68%. The T4and T8growth is most significant, soluble sugar content increased by19.92%and19.68%than control. The results can be seen that the accumulation of differenttreatments on the soluble sugar content of Camellia oleifera seedlings in theformation of a significant role in promoting.4. Camellia oleifera soluble protein content in different treatment groups wassignificantly higher than that in control group, compared with the control groupincreased11.39%,15.64%,17.19%,19.92%,10.45%,12.13%,11.61%,19.68%.Among them, T4the highest compared with the control group increased19.92%,different treatment on the soluble sugar content of the ascending showed extremelysignificant level.5. Different treatment group to improve the soil nutrient content has obviouspromoting effect, can significantly improve the soil nutrient status. Differenttreatment groups of soil organic matter content than the control group were increasedby10.08%,12.59%,23.30%,12.59%,16.71%,18.02%,27.20%,18.02%,27.20%,20.21%, the most significant effect to the growth of the T7is higher than thatin control group27.20%; Different treatment groups of soil available nitrogen contentthan the control group were increased by2.92%,1.61%,4.19%,1.61%,4.01%,4.84%,4.52%,4.84%,4.52%,2.89%, the highest is the T64.84%; Soil available phosphorusin different treatment group than the control group were increased by25.58%,37.45%,25.58%,29.35%,30.94%,46.76%,21.12%,46.06%, the highest growth is T646.76%; Different treatment groups of soil total nitrogen content than the controlgroup were increased by27.82%,37.74%,27.82%,52.28%,52.61%,48.23%,64.42%,61.89%, growth effect is one of the most obvious T764.42%; Differenttreatment groups of soil total phosphorus content than the control group wereincreased by43.58%,33.80%,43.58%,60.06%,54.47%,71.79%,164.80%,65.64%,the highest growth is T7164.80%. In conclusion, the Camellia oleifera seedling growth and soil nutrient contentand improve the most significant researches formula is T7(10g fertilizer+P).
