The main factors that affect the chemical composition accumulated of Lycium chinense are genetic and environmental factors. This paper selected LBP, total sugar and betaine as the main evaluation index of Lycium chinense quality. Researching on the relationship between the active ingredients of Lycium chinense with climate factors, intended to use canonical correlation analysis, cluster analysis and principal component analysis for the study of relationship between the three active ingredients (LBP, total sugar, betaine) produced from Ningxia, Xinjiang, Gansu, Qinghai and Hebei Province and12climate factors of various origin. Make full use of existing data and information, analysis the relationship between the environment with the distribution of Lycium chinense. Expecting to find the dominant ecological factors which affect the distribution, production, quality of Lycium chinense. To guide the cultivation region selection for Lycium chinense introduction with advanced scientific of GIS technology, and findind the most suitable distribution of Lycium chinense. Providing the scientific reference to improve the GAP base construction and the quality of Lycium chinense. It’s have great significance to improve the quality of Lycium chinense and protection of the sustainable development of the Lycium chinense Industry. In this paper, used the theory and analysis methods with ecology, statistics, medicine, ArcGis, focus on the aspects of the different varieties of ecological suitability model, data collection, and the main research results are as follows.(1) The global distribution of the Lycium chinense Mill. and the Lycium barbarum L.var. barbarum. have obviously geographical features. High temperatures, low precipitation and high altitude are the main factors to limit the growth of them. While the global distribution of Lycium ruthenicum murr. has no obvious geographical features, seasonal temperature changes and high precipitation are the main factor to limit the growth of Lycium ruthenicum murr..(2) The total sugar has a significant negative correlation with active accumulated temperature, the average annual precipitation, annual average temperature, relative humidity year and the average temperature in July. The LBP has a significant negative correlation with annual average temperature, annual relative humidity, maximum temperature in July and the average temperature in July. Organic matter, the content of available potassium have a positive contribution with the total sugar, available phosphorus has negative contribution with LBP.(3) The highest content of total sugar and total amount of the active ingredient is Ningxia;the highest content of LBP is Gansu Province; the highest content of betaine is Xinjiang. The total amount of the active ingredient of the mixed alkali decrease compared with untreated, the content of LBP and betaine decreased and the total sugar increased. The total amount of the active ingredient with sulfur is lower than untreated, the content of LBP increased, the content of the total sugar and betaine decreased.(4) Analysised the active ingredients of Ningqi No.1-7which planting in the same area and founded that the total amount of the active ingredient is Ningqi No.6, the content of LBP is Ningqi No.7, the content of the total sugar is Ningqi No.1and the content of betaine is Ningqi No.6. Analysised the active ingredients with different varieties, found that the total amount of the active ingredient is Xiaomaye, the content of LBP is Ningqi No.7, the content of the total sugar and betaine are Xiaomaye.(5) Using cluster analysis to analysis the climate factors in different regions of Lycium chinense, founded that the climate in Xinjiang and Hebei province are similar, the climate in Ningxia, Gansu province, and Qinghai province are similar. Cluster analysis was carried out on the effective composition content in Lycium chinense, founded that Gansu province and Qinghai province are similar, Ningxia, Xinjiang and Hebei province are similar.(6) Using principal component analysis to analysis the climate factors and soil factors, founded that the annual average sunshine time the active accumulated temperature and the elevation are the main climate factors that caused different clustering results. The differences between available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium content in the soil are obvious, because the fertilizing differences in different areas.(7) With the high content of total amount of the active ingredient, total sugar, LBP, betaine as a reference area respectively, mapping the80-100%suitability of the nationwide distribution. Then provideed basis for the Chinese herbal medicines in planting and promotion. Achieving space visualization of the traditional Chinese medicine resources and eco-environmental information.
