For example, the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps have to spent billions of money on thecotton picking work each year.The trade between countries is increasingly close, the competition is increasingly fierce. In the face ofstrong foreign competitors, we have to work hard to improve our production efficiency and quality tooccupy a space for ourselves in the international market. To increase the production efficiency,mechanized cotton-harvest is essential.The Cotton-harvest mechanization technology is a complex systems engineering, involves many fields,its core technology is the excellent performance of cotton picker and advanced cotton picker completecleaning and processing equipment. The mechanized cotton-harvest can greatly reduce the labor intensity,improve production efficiency, reduce production cost.This paper expounds the application of mechanized cotton-harvest’s each step, and then explains themechanized cotton-harvest defoliation of cotton picker technology and field operation technologyapplication and promotion, and also introduces the application and promotion of the cleaning andprocessing technology of mechanized cotton.
