According to the actual situation of Cnidocampa flavescens(Walker) in Xinjiang, starting from the5aspects of diffusion of existing geographic distribution, potential hazards, damage crops, the disseminationof the possibility of economic importance, risk management difficulty, establishing a quantitative analysissystem, using the "comprehensive evaluation method" multiple index, finally calculated Cnidocampaflavescens(Walker) in Xinjiang to spread the R of risk value is1.51, moderate risk of quarantine pests, thisresult with China as its provincial added forestry quarantine pest list (Xinjiang) is consistent. The proposedrisk management options: to improve the detection of early warning before the foreign stock entry, provideregular inspection procedures and data entry; seedling after strict quarantine, found should be promptlyreturned to the Cnidocampa flavescens(Walker), or destroyed, and isolation of Xinjiang existing the wormepidemic area, to carry out effective prevention means, will further Cnidocampa flavescens(Walker)diffusion of momentum killed at source. At the same time, according to the field survey and the Cnidocampa flavescens(Walker) datadistribution obtained from the relevant data and documents, using GARP (1.1.6version) ecological nichemodeling software to predict Cnidocampa flavescens(Walker) in Xinjiang suitable area, the predictedresults show that: including the central area of the Tarim Basin, Turpan basin, Yili area, Aletai area, Urumqiand Changji area both Cnidocampa flavescens(Walker) suitable area. Because the host species in Xinjiangarea, the Cnidocampa flavescens(Walker), climate suitable for reproduction and diffusion, and the insectadaptability is strong, so the Cnidocampa flavescens(Walker) proliferation risk is still high. Other than themanagement scheme, also should combine the barrier function of Xinjiang unique geographical features ofCnidocampa flavescens(Walker) active communication, can greatly reduce the Cnidocampaflavescens(Walker) in Xinjiang further spread risk. As much as possible, the insect entry rate reached thelowest, while ensuring that our province foreign trade is not affected.
