This experiment studied the activity influence on the diet containing different levels of P-glucan (0.00%,0.10%,0.20%,0.60%,1.00%,1.50%,2.00%) to Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂’s growth performance, the body nutrition contents and digestive enzymes activity. Through this experiment may provide the valuable reference to Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂’s cultivation,but also provides theory basis for Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂’s biology and the feed formula.This experiment had altogether designed7groups, containing different levels of β-glucan (0.00%,0.10%,0.20%,0.60%,1.00%,1.50%,2.00%) in the diet, each group had2repeat groups, each repeat group breeded20fishes, fed two times a day, altogether raised for52days.52days later, we determined the growth performance, the body nutrition contents of the Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureusS♂.At the same time, we determined activities of the various digestive enzymes (the pepsin,the trypsin,the amylase,the cellulose and the lipase) in Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂’s intestine and liver pancreas.The results on effect of growth performance showed that the body weight and the relative growth rate of Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂feeded the diet containing different levels of β-glucan have more markedly improved than the blank groups, food coefficient had significantly decreased(P<0.05). After feeded the diets containing β-glucan, the feed coefficient and the weight gain rate of Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂have obviously improved. and the effect was more apparent with the increase of adding amount of β-glucan, especially most significant within0.6%-1.5%(P<0.05).with the increases of β-glucan concentration, the relative growth rate and the weight gain rate of Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂were increased significantly higher than the blank group, but the experimental groups were no significant difference. The biggest increase was1.5%content.it was higher than the control group13%on the weight gain rate, and12.8%on the relative growth rate.it was opposite on the feed coefficient, these differences in the experimental group were not significant.The results of experiment on the effect of P-glucan on the the body nutrition contents of Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂showed that feeding the β-glucan toTilapia sarotherodon sp had an significant impact on the muscle nutrition contents. The muscle moisture content of the group added1.5%β-glu can was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), and no significant difference compared with the rest of the group added P-glucan. the muscle prot-ein content of Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂increased with the β-glucan concentration, the group added1.5%P-glucan was significantly higher than the control group by2.6%. crude fat had a significant decline along with th-e increase of adding amount of the β-glucan. the β-glucan basically had no in-fluence on the muscles calcium and phosphorus of Oreochromis♀× Oreochromis aureus♂.The ash of Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂increased slightly with the β-glucan, but the change rule between the groups was not significant.The results of experiment on effect of β-glucan on the digestive enzyme activities of Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂showed that show that the activities of protease,amylase, lipase, cellulose enzyme significantly im-proved. The analysis results indicated that the effect of group containing1.0%β-glucan was best. It was significantly different comparing with the blank group (F<0.05), but no significant differences comparing with the group adding0.6%.Therefore, Integrated the effect of β-glucan on the growth performance, the muscle components and the digestive enzyme activities of Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂, the results showed that the effect feeding the diet containing0.6%-1.5%β-glucan to Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂were obvious on the growth performance, the main nutrient components in the muscle, the digestive enzyme activities. Considering the economic production, it was suggested that the proper amount of β-glucan added in feeds was within0.6-1.0%. it could enhanced growth speed and quality of Oreochromis niloticus♀×Oreochromis aureus♂and improved the economic benefit.
