Liangshui National Natural Reserve is part of Northeast Forestry University. Reserve is both a National Natural Reserve of the forest and wildlife, but it is also the base of scientific research and teaching practice of Northeast Forestry University. The main object of protection of Liangshui is temperate Korean pine mixed forest ecosystems. Reserve contains both in the original succession of top state broadleaved Korean pine, fir, spruce forests and Larix gmelinii, but also secondary forest which at different successional stages, ancient flora and community history, almost include all types of forest vegetation in the mountains Xiaoxing’anling. The main purpose and meaning of this research is:from the two aspects of the spatial structure and species diversity, surveys and analysis to understand the main tree species and interspecific competition conditions within the reserve, and further understand the distribution and development of forest in the protected area.Data for this study is2009Inventory Data in Liangshui, fixed sample survey data and angle gauge point data, the total63plots per wood seized scale data,as temperate coniferous broad-leaved Korean pine in Liangshui Reserve for the study, by analyzing a variety of commonly used indicators of research trees, from two aspects of the spatial and species diversity preliminary analyze tree growth condition of Liangshui National Natural Reserve. The results of the study are:1. The angular size distribution of the Korean pine temperate coniferous-broad-leaved mixed forest in Liangshui National Natural Reserve is close to normal, the average angular is0.524. Trees showing the distribution of slug. The stand average mingling of0.702,indicating that the stand is composed of a variety of species showing strength mixed structure state and also more complex forest communities; The average DBH differentiation is0.495, but the DBH differentiation range of species are0.258to0.761, reflecting the stand species DBH differentiation have a big difference in the areas.2. Study area is divided into three different levels in accordance with the slope of the plot, the analysis found that the highest species richness and species diversity indices in the second slope rating plot, indicating that the second slope level more suited to the growth and distribution of the species. In accordance with the different orientations of the plots, the study area is divided into nine regions of the east, south, west north, southeast, northwest, southwest, northeast, no aspect. Results found:SW direction, plots of species richness index, evenness index, diversity index generally higher, while the North direction plots ecological dominance index is relatively high.3. The niche overlap of main tree species in Liangshui National Natural Reserve is small. Within the geographical boundaries of the protected areas, some species are aggregated distribution, but niche overlap exist between most of the major species. This shows that the various populations resource sharing trend is more obvious, showing that Korean pine and broad-leaved mixed forest in Liangshui National Natural Reserve has a relatively stable community.
