As the waste materials of farming, rice straw, wheat straw and cornstalk, every year there produces a huge number of straw, it contains great useful value. But, with the development of the society, human beings wantonly use antibiotic, it produces antibiotics that gather in the plant. The purpose is to find a composite microbial system can not only transfer the straw material into smaller molecular substances that easily absorb and use, but also degrade and get rid of the antibiotic material.In order to decomposed ligocellulose and antibiotic, we obtain a bacterial community (ADC-6) by compost rice straw and chicken manure. Screening for a long time before making organic fertilizer experiment field in organic fertilizer production, and in the most active high temperature decomposing bacteria strains of the sampling period, the sampling will compound bacteria screening for source of ADC-6. In the Composting experiment, we determined the total carbon, total nitrogen, lignin content, cellulose content, hemicellulose content and total phosphorus, ordinary data such as pH and temperature in the important period of tamed. The temperature of composting dropped to below40℃when it is40d; The lignin content increased to19.179%; the cellulose reduced to40.372%; the hemicellulose reduced to30.08%; the solid content up to11.78%. The lost weight of total ligocellulose about68.4%and the tetracycline reduced rate was97.3%after14days cultured.ADC-6screening to PCS medium as a composite system of fixed N source, to join the5%of straw as the ADC-6sources. Through external elimination method for compound strains screening, the decomposition ability of the30generations bacteria resource become stabile. Of composite strains screening ADC-6strains after a cycle of sampling and determination of the related indicators. Measurement data, enzyme activity, total reducing sugar, lignin, cellulose, hemicellulose, and weight loss, tetracycline residues, organic acid content, DGGE and clone library building. Test data, the results show that lignin, cellulose, hemicellulose and tetracycline degradation effect is obvious. The stability of the composite by groups of Firmicutes groups, Proteobacteria groups, Bacteroidetes groups. Bacteroidetes group stand62%clone library, in the absolute advantage.
