As a new irrigation techniques,drip irrigation become the world’s leading precision irrigationtechnology becaese of its obvious water-saving,yield and other characteristics,as well as easy to becontroled automatically by computer.In Xinjiang,the application of drip irrrgation technology was growingmaturity,its has been large-scale promotion and application on cotton,fruits,vegetables and other crops,butlittle research on food crops,especially re-sowing crops(corn silage, Oil sunflower)after spring wheat underdrip irrigation..In recent years,the Bingtuan proposded adjustment of agricultural structure and newrequirements on the development of food,thereby the planting mode”two crops within a year” was appeardon drip irrigation wheat and re-sowing soybean, corn silage,oil sunflower and ather crops,which have beensuccessful. Therefore,this article deals with field plot experiment on re-sowing under wheat dripirrigation in north Xinjiang area to study the influence of different water treatment on growth,yieldcomponents, water use efficiency, soil moisture conditions, water consumption regularity and so on,itdiscusses the water consumption of re-sowing crops,and build water production functionto attain northxinjiang area irrigation system of re-sowing crops under spring wheat drip irrigation.Through the fieldexperiments and theoretical analysis,the following preliminaryconclusions can be drawn:(1)Using large and many irrigation quota for re-sowing crops is conducive to the growth,leaf areaindexincerased and the formation of dry matter,thus benefiting the higher yield.(2)Corn silage root mainly absorb0-80cm soil layer soil moisture under drip irrigation, mainlyconsume within30cm soil layer soil moisture at seedling stage, and within80cm soil layer soil moistureafter jointing stage,80-100cmsoil layer soil moisture change little,100-120cm soil layer moisture remainedbasically unchanged,the plan moist layer of corn silage is0-80cm soil layer. The more irrigation quotabetween different irrigation quota,the more soil moisture at the same soil layer.(3) Oil sunflower root mainly absorb0-100cm soil layer soil moisture under drip irrigation, mainlyconsume within30cm soil layer soil moisture at seedling stage, and within100cm soil layer soil moistureafter budding stage,100-120cm soil layer soil moisture change little, the plan moist layer of corn silage is0-100cm soil layer. The more irrigation quota between different irrigation quota,the more soil moisture atthe same soil layer.(4)The water consumption of every irrigation quota treatment in the whole growth on corn silageunder drip irrigation increases with the increasing irrigation amount.,the water and the water consumptionintensity size presented trend from low to high and then low.The wariation of water demand of everytreatment in the growth period is:Jointing stage>Tasselling stage>Grain filling stage>Seeding stage,thewater consumption intensity law is: Tasselling stage> Jointing stage> Seeding stage>Grain filling stage,the intensity of the water consumed can be up to10.47mm/d;jointing stage and tasseling stage are the waterdemand critical period.(5) The water consumption of every irrigation quota treatment in the whole growth on oil sunflowerunder drip irrigation increases with the increasing irrigation amount.,the water and the water consumptionintensity size presented trend from low to high and then low.The wariation of water demand of everytreatment and the water consumption intensity in the growth period law are:Flowering stage>Buddingstage> Seeding stage>Filling stage>Mature stage, the intensity of the water consumed can be up to9.26mm/d; Flowering stage and Budding stage are the water demand critical period.(6) To solve and analysis water production function nonlinear model of taking irrigation quota andevapotranspiration for independent variable, combining to analysis the relationship betweenevapotranspiration and yield, water production efficiency, it can preliminarily obtain that suitable irrigationquota of corn silage is325mm,irrigation time is7times and suitable irrigation quota of oil sunflower is286mm,irrigation time is6times.
