It is proved that planting resistant cultivars is the moste ffectivemethods to control this disease. SSR mapping of resistant genes to stripe rust andidentification of genetic diversity which can accelerate the cultivation of the weat withexcellent resistance to strip rust and detect The relationship among the varieties which hasbroad application prospects. The genetic diversity analysis and SSR mapping of resistancegenes to stripe rust in Xiaoyan9366were studied in this researeh,the results are as follow:1.The F2generation inoculated with CYR31is used to construct the mappingpopulation.The results is that Six SSR markers on2AL,Xwmc794, Xwmc455Xwmc261Xgwm47, Xgwm294and Xcfd168,were link to the resistance gene, temporarily named asYrxy9366. The gene was located at chromosome2AL and the gene maybe a new genedifferent from Yr1,Yr17,Yr32which have been known on chromosome2AL.2. Tow Flanking markers, Xwmc261and Xgwm47,were used to test99wheat cultivarsfrom Huanghuai wheat growing region, it proved only5%cultivars have the samepolymorphic bands as Yrxy9366.3ã€Genetic diversity of Psathyrostachys huashanica alien chromosome lines wereanalyzed by SSR markers:145parirs of SSR primers with stable amplified band patterns werescreened and a total of1032alleles were scored the average number of9.17alleles could bedetected by each SSR primer. the more Loci feference fragment and polymorphism loci canbe detected.4. To study the resistance gene (s) to strip rust in Mianyan2000,the seedings of F1,F2derive from Mianyang2000crossing with susceptible parent Mingxian169,were tested withChinese races CYR29, CYR30, CYR31, CYR32and CYR33in greenhouse.The resultproved theMianyang2000has the good rust resistance.the ratio respectively is9:7and3:1。... |
