This paper according to the ecology principle, bacterial physiological andbiochemical identification method and the biological characteristics research, from thegut of healthy chickens screening of lactic acid bacteria strains suitable for thepreparation of probiotics, with Bacillus natto, through animal feeding test, research oncompound liquid microecologics effect on production performance, immune organ index, slaughter performance and small intestine proteinase activity, preliminary research of itseffects of broilers production.1days old healthy AA broilers were selected using test in a total of210chickens,adopt single factor experiment design, were randomly divided into seven treatmentgroups, repeated in groups of three, each repeated10chickens. A test period of42days,control groups were fed basal diet and experimental groups were fed the basaldiet+compound liquid microecologics. The conclusions are as follows:1、The production performance: In the whole test period, experimental group andcontrol group had no significant differences in average daily gain and average daily feedintake of broilers(P>0.05); each experimental group varying degrees of improved feedutilization of broilers, but no significant difference with the control group (P>0.05); eachexperimental group no significant effect on mortality of broilers. Overall, eachexperimental group a certain role in promoting the growth performance of broilers, butimproved slightly, to test the2,6group than the control group increased most obvious.2、Immune organ index:14days of age, all of experimental groups spleen index ofchickens were higher than the control group, in which the experimental2,3,5groupspleen index of chickens were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); test4,6group cloacal bursa index of chickens were significantly higher than the controlgroup(P<0.05); thymus index had no significant differences between groups.28days ofage, the spleen index of each experimental groups were slightly lower than the controlgroup, but no significant difference between the groups; there were no significantdifferences in experimental groups and control groups with cloacal bursa index andthymus index of broilers.3、Slaughter performance: Test6group slaughter rate was significantly higher thancontrol group(P<0.05), the other experimental groups had no significant difference withcontrol group; there were no significant differences in experimental groups and controlgroups with the eviscerated rate of broilers (P>0.05)。4、small intestine proteinase activity influence results:28days of age, the test2,3group the duodenal protease activity of chickens were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); the test2,5groups of jejunum segment protease activity ofchickens were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); the test3,6groups ofileum segment protease activity of chickens were significantly higher than the controlgroup (P<0.05).42days of age, there were no significant differences in experimentalgroups and control groups with duodenal protease activity; test1,2group jejunumsegment protease activity was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05); test2,5,6group ileum segment protease activity was significant difference with control group(P<0.05).In general, group2intestinal segment protease activity of broiler to improve themost significant. This test individual treatment group have different degree of improvement withproduction performance, immune organ index, slaughter performance and small intestineproteinase activity of broilers, but there is no stable group significant differeceeffect, needs further research and exploration.
