Abstract/Summary:
In commercial hatching,the eggs are incubated in complete darkness.When the hen is out foraging during natural hatching,natural light can act on the embryo through the eggshell.According to this phenomenon,the monochromatic light is irradiated during the incubation period of the eggs,and the green light of the LED with low intensity is set.In this study,LED green light with three different intensities of 30-80 lux,90-140 lux,and 150-200 lux was used,and the dark control group.The wavelength of the green LED light was 525±10 nm.The AA+ broiler and Bashang Long Tail Chicken eggs were studied during the regulation of different light intensities.Evaluation of embryonic muscle fiber and small intestine development and embryonic development performance in the late incubation period.To explore the genetic factors and the sensitivity of eggshells with different eggshell colors to light intensity.Histological,anatomical and other experimental methods are used to explore the effect of different intensity LED green light irradiation on the development of chicken embryo muscle fibers and small intestine,and to provide a theory for fully exploring the growth potential and immune function of chicken embryos after the shell is exploded.in accordance with.The research results are as follows:1.The influence of the development of embryo anatomical indexes in the later period of incubationCompared with the dark group,the Bashang Long Tail Chicken incubation with different intensity LED green light significantly increased the ratio of embryonic intestine to no yolk body weight by 30~80lux green light,36.36% higher than the dark group(P<0.05),and 20.00 higher than the Middle group %(P>0.05),an increase of25.00%(P>0.05)compared with the High group.Compared with the dark group,the ratio of yolk weight,yolk weight to no yolk weight in the High group was significantly lower in the AA+ broiler chickens with different green LED intensities than in the dark group(P<0.05).2.The influence of embryonic muscle fiber morphological development in the later period of incubationCompared with the dark group,the Bashang Long Tail Chicken pectoral muscle fiber diameter light group increased by 4.59%(P<0.05),the Middle group increased by 8.41%(P<0.05),and the High group decreased by 7.40%.Bashang Long Tail Chicken leg muscle fiber diameters are significantly higher than the dark group,compared with the dark group Low group,Middle group and High group increased by 14.21%,30.88%,9.08%.The diameter of AA+ broiler leg muscle fiber in light group was significantly higher than that in dark group(P<0.05).Compared with dark group,Low group,Middle group and High group increased by 56.64%,33.33%and 37.99% respectively.The AA+ broiler pectoral muscle fiber diameter in the Low group was significantly higher than that in the dark group(P<0.05),and the muscle fiber diameter increased by 3.76% compared with the dark group.3.The influence of embryonic intestinal morphology and development in the later period of incubation15 embryo age to 20 embryo age is the stage of rapid intestinal mucosal digestion and absorption and immune function development.At E20,Bashang Long Tail Chicken’s intestinal morphology and structure developed best at 30-80 Lux.Compared with the dark group,duodenal villi increased by 12.26%(P<0.05),and jejunal villi increased by 23.02%(P<0.05).Ileum villi did not increase.The duodenal villi and ileal villi in the High group were significantly lower than those in the dark group(P<0.05).The morphological structure of the small intestine of AA+ broilers was best developed under 30-80 lux green light,and the height of duodenum,jejunum,and ileum villi increased by 29.32%,26.01%,and13.46%,respectively(P<0.05).Appropriate intensity LED green light can promote the development of the morphological structure of the small intestine mucosa.150-200 lux light has a certain inhibitory effect on the development of the intestine of the Bashang Long Tail Chicken.4.The influence of the development of the morphology and structure of the embryo bursa in the late incubationThe bursa of bursa of bursa began to appear at the age of 15 embryos.With the increase of the embryo age,the area of bursa of bursa of lymph bursa increased obviously.At the age of 20 embryos,the light group of Bashang Long Tail Chickenbursa follicle area was significantly larger than that of the dark group(P<0.05).Compared with the dark group,the Low group,the Middle group and the High group increased by 49.43% and 33.60%,respectively.,27.66%.Conclusion: Suitable LED green light stimulation can promote the development of chicken embryos.150lux-200 lux of light can inhibit the development of embryos to a certain extent.Different breeds of chicken embryos have different sensitivity to light intensity,and different organs of chicken embryos are sensitive to different intensity of light.There are also differences in sensitivity.
