Feed additives in China has maintained a rapid development,the production has doubled.Applied to all of the aquaculture industry, its composition by a mixture of several traceelements in the past to the present more than a dozen or even dozens of trace element mix,feed additive quality direct relation our country the healthy development of animal husbandry,is related to people’s life and health. It puts forward higher requirements on the quality of theproduct. National production of feed additives formulated the special regulations, for theproduction, use and management is very strict. The traditional mixer mixing quality difficultto guarantee its high requirements. Based on this, we introduce the three-dimensional motionmixer applied to mixed feed.This article mainly starts with the mixed principle analyzes the main factors influencingthe mixing result. Then from the main factors influencing the mixing results and theperformance requirements of mixer, the reference used in the pharmaceutical industry, thethree-dimensional motion mixer, according to the properties of the hybrid material feedindustry of mixed feed industry requirements, to design a suitable3d mixer used in feedindustry. Its concrete content is: the three dimensional mixer trajectory theory analysis,determine the cylinder trajectory and motion parameters, according to the results of theanalysis of design and calculation parameters of each components, and for the design of partsand components. Finally combining the expected design target for the design of transmissionscheme and the structure design.According to the design and manufacture of the prototype to test prototype, after finallyby designing a series of performance test, the main performance index of the prototype areverified analysis, the final conclusion. The test results show that: the three dimensional mixeris one of the biggest productivity reached1.2T/hour is better than that of V type mixer underthe same power of700kg/hour, mixed6minutes when mixing evenness variation coefficientwas0.5038%, much higher than with the power of the v-shaped mixing machine mixing8minutes to reach3.81%, the material of natural residual rate is0.05%. Is better than “V”about0.3%of the mixer. According to the test results analysis concluded that thethree-dimensional mixer performance index with expectations.In this paper, designs for the feed industry will provide referential basis for the new3dmixing machine, design products by test performance is remarkable, the model mixingmachine variation coefficient is greatly superior to other type mixing equipment, haveexcellent marketing value, will be the first choice of the premix feed industry productionproducts. With ownership and feed additive capacity calculation of the forage enterprise in ourcountry,the demand for years more than2000units,the market prospects are very broad. Asa result of the economic benefit and social benefit is very remarkable.
