Effects Of Different Mycotoxin Absorbents On Production Performance And Immune Function Of Landrace X Yorkshire Crossbreed Of Swine

This experiment was conducted to evaluate the influence of different mycotoxinabsorbents on production performance and immune function of reproductive swine.420swine were divided into seven groups of60swine each, three replications in each group,and20swine for each replication group. The certain company offered mycotoxinabsorbents of NO.1and NO.2. A group was treated blank group, B group wassupplemented with0.5Kg/t“NO.1”、C group was supplemented with0.5Kg/t “NO.2”、Dgroup was supplemented with1Kg/t“NO.1”、 E group was supplemented with1Kg/t“NO.2”、F group was supplemented with2Kg/t“NO.1”、G group was supplementedwith2Kg/t“NO.2”.whole experiments phase was45days, In the test period take therelevant records everyday as the number of diarrhea、the number of vomiting、the numberof red swelling of vaginal orifice.during the test, weighing while swine death, andcalculating feed consumption of every group. The beginning and the ending of theexperiment growing swine weighing, Blood samples for groups of six were collected ondays15、30、45to determine the blood test. The results are as follows：1、The average feed conversion ratio of the control group compared with the treatedgroups were increased.2、The illness and death rate of the control group group compared with the treatedgroups were increased, it were tended to decrease with the increasing of the mycotoxin.3、Levels of serum antibody against CSF and PRRS were tended to increase with twokinds of different mycotoxin absorbents.4、All treatment groups of IgG were tended to increase with the increasing of theexperimental period.5、With the increasing of the experimental period, TP、ALB、GLB of the treatmentgroups were were tended to increase. but, ALT were decrease.The results showed that the two kinds of mycotoxin absorbents can decreased the feedconversion and the illness and death rate，also increased the content of serum protein.
