The main content of this thesis is about Wuhan MingBo SPHS235A single screw extruder design and motion simulation. on the basis of the present stage has been put into production of various models of the extruder, SPHS235A type single screw extruder was designed, including screw extruder, lining, boring, box, base frame, hydraulic system, water vapor add a system, apparatus and optimization design of transmission device of bulking machine cutting, and focus on the extruder screw press feeding section, melting section and a metering section were optimized design. At the same time, with the help of PROE software of each part of the extruder for3D assembly and working principle simulation. Ensure proper expander in the structure design, can satisfy the actual production request, at the same time update of the original extruder design theory, to achieve efficient production of puffing machine.The SPHS235A type extrusion machine puffing process can be divided into three stages are studied, namely the feeding section, melting section and a metering section.(1) In the transport theory based feed extruder section, qualitative analysis of the impact of screw extrusion machine parameters on the material extrusion machine delivery, at the same time to the minimum specific energy consumption as the optimization objective, the establishment of simplified feed extruder screw optimization mathematical model, solving method by smoothing Newton method tor solving two quadratic programming subproblems an optimum value of the extruder screw groove width, depth of spiral groove and helix angle.(2) Melting period is one of the important functions of single screw extrusion machine. The material in the through this section, by the screw extruder barrel and screw conveyor, and add the system role in water, complete of plasticizing process. This section of the screw structure design is reasonable, directly related to the quality of the products. This paper will establish the reasonable melting section of the screw rod optimization mathematical model, and calculate the optimal value of both ends of the melting section of screw extruder screw channel depth, width of the screw flight and helix angle.(3) The metering section is the last stage of ordinary extruder extrusion process. Polymer materials through melting plasticizing kneading, basically a viscous flow state. Enter the measurement section of extruded material, further by plasticization, simultaneously through the extruder outlet template by extrusion. The reasonable melting section of the screw rod optimization mathematical model established in this paper, and calculate the best value of the gap and helix between extruder metering section of screw channel depth, width of the screw flight, screw top and lining angle.(4)In the screw extruder line, characteristics of the export model line, obtains the work expander graph, at the same time, in the original bearing and seal design of puffing machine group, design reasonable puffing machine bearings and bearing sealing device.(5)With the help of Proe Wildfire5.0mechanism (Mechanism) module, the module include analysis of function two aspects of mechanical design and dynamic. The SPHS235A type extruder2D drawing after the completion of the audit, and creating a3D structure of each component of the extruder using Proe software, the final assembly of each parts of the extruder, and add the corresponding motion and electric machine at the end of the assembly mechanism of SPHS235A type puffing machine model, simulation results can be drawn of the extruder, and working principle of expanded type SPHS235A on machine directly, also can measure the cutter spindle speed, puffing machine speed, acceleration of many physical movement, to improve design efficiency, reduce the extruder design cost, have very big effect shorten design cycle.
