Through various research has confirmed that pHospHorus is the world heavy agricultural production is one of the important block the development of country. So it can improve the utilization efficiency of pHospHorus in soil can not only improve the local economy, but has become a common important thought of all agricultural country. In the ordinary circumstances, different agricultural crops suitable for different kinds of soil in the growth. And there are different function and mission in heterogeneous soil. Therefore, a biological soil once change or extinction, will make a missing function.China and many other developing countries are based on agriculture, grain yield is high, our lives will be more secure. Therefore The soil tested was adopted to northeast corn production area of the eastern, central, west of main soil types in the multi-point sampling mixed samples, the black31copies,20copies of the albic soil, chernozem20.Sampling depth of soil surface to30cm.A total of71copies.After sampling is divided into2parts Placed in the refrigerator to be used as part of a biological experiment, part of a mixed, to be used for culture experiments. The experimental method used in the test are:the dilution plate method, determination of biomass P, microbial identification, determination of available phosphorus, phosphorus accumulating bacteria screening method. The research content is divided into(1) characteristics of the phosphorus accumulating bacteria community composition in soil;Phosphorus accumulating bacteria population composition of northeast corn production area type--black, albic soil, chernozem soil class.(2) Study on Influence Factors of poly P in soil bacterial population numbe. The main research of different temperature, different pH value, the influence of different carbon sources on the growth of phosphate accumulating bacteria;(3) study on phosphorus characteristics of paos; The main research of different temperature, different pH value, the influence of different carbon source and phosphorus effect on the phosphorus accumulating bacteria.Through the above study, the following results are obtained:After the analysis and identification of preliminary:1、Phosphorus is widely distributed in the soil, which mainly includes:①bacterium Acinetobacter (Acinetobacterspp.), Aeromonas (Aeromonas.)(Arthrobacter.), Arthrobacter, Bacillus (Bacillus.),Corynebacterium(Corynebacterium spp.), Micrococcus, Nitrosomonas genus, Nitrobacter, soil bacteria of the genus bacillus, Streptococcus, coloring, Enterobacter spp. and mycobacteria as12genera.2、For microbial life activities, pH value on the influence of various microbial growth, pH value have great difference. Most of the bacteria grow best in pH neutral or nearly neutral environment.3、Have a great effect on temperature can give phosphorus accumulating bacteria growth.4. Different species of microorganisms using range of carbon source varies in different species, the ability of using different carbon sources are also different.Black soil, albic soil, chernozem, the optimal carbon source is glucose.5、Phosphorus in the soil is more obvious. Soil microbial biomass phosphorus soil organic phosphorus in the most active, the most important part, can be directly utilized by crops. Between soil microbial biomass phosphorus and available phosphorus in a certain range is interchangeable.Between soil microbial biomass phosphorus and available phosphorus in a certain range is interchangeable.
